And if that is the case how did he or she got the police clearance and birth certificates from congo a country he run away from. Am asking this because refugees normally are persecuted by their countries hence they can't get any help from their native countries. Thanks

@@VerifiedSo Just that it takes a long time for their interview to be schedule. As the visa bulletin for February 2022 was 20k but however their interview was in July withCN 18k. Did they unlock for any changes?

hello sir..just realised that the order of my names on my ksce certificate differs from that on my birth cert..the order on my b.cert is ABC but appears as CBA on the k.c.s.e cert..could that be a problem once at the interview?

It is the affidavit of support the form I-134 itself. Search on my channel for it to understand it. There are several videos on it

Hy i want to Ask you if is there any problem of refusing visa ..i did thé mariage sertificate After thé result of thé dv After 7 mai i mean ..and i have submitted thé ds260 with m'y hasband married and as a proof that WE knew each other before this result of dv ..i have discussion Viber messages since january 2022 and i have pictures of our marriage and our meetings as well as i have just one pictures together in 2017 .... Are this suffisent as proofs that WE knew each other and our marriage is Real not white marriage !?

Please I have this worry on behalf of my friend who is going for interview in the month of April, my worry goes thus, when my friend played the Lottery with her entire family, her first son was already 21 years, the son was not rejected , now her worry is this now that her son is 22years plus, will he be granted a Visa, given that he is above 21 years old?
No, he will not. He should not have been added in the initial application but only be listed on ds260 and his ds260 not created.
If already qualified with work experience as database administrator why asking for high school diploma please.
Because you selected you qualify through education. If you selected any education higher than highschool, they will used the academic qualifications and not the work experience
