The youth having fun...health and safety those drum sticks could break..... fire code people were seen smoking near bye....Gang laws to many people gathering together ..... noise pollution.... noise kerfuw.....lockout times would apply...... A pre start and safe work method statement would be needed for entertainer and all person in immediate area affected.... Insurance cover..... emergency exits.....Fire exits...Fire Plan.... Permits..... Planning.... Alcohol laws..... so on and so on....... we have too many rules....... give the youth a fair go........or they'll all end up on ice playing their neighbours Xbox.........
