AJ Johnson has the Smoothest release, and AJ Is an old school bowler who puts thumb in ball and doesn't 2 hand it. I must Reiterate that 2 handed is fine. What counts is knocking more pins down than everyone else!!!!

@@nickmystah808~ two hands have more revs, more power at throwing ,short back swing means very accurate at aiming your target and not sliding but planting your foot on release means more power again.yes he releases in 1 hand but thats the last part .before he throws it he gathered all the energy and accuracy before releasing it with one hand.like arm wrestling in 2 hand

He’s using a two-handed approach, but releases with one hand. So technically he’s a one handed bowler. That’s what he says.

It really doesn't matter if you bowl one or two handed because your still looking for the same result a strike
