There are two modes for the SPD rangers; the regular modes and the SWAT mode. The Bandai figure is based on SWAT mode while the Hasbro one is based on the regular mode. So that’s why they don’t match up. I guess “Evil Space Aliens” is just the placeholder toy name for a bad guy character that didn’t have their name finalized yet.
That series has 7 Rangers Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, & Pink. As well as a talking Dog known as Shadow Ranger and Ranger from the future known as the Omega Ranger. The Lightning Collection Green also has the 3 but that is the actual suit while the Bandai one is his “S.W.A.T” mode.
Hey Cat and Nakia Hasbro did the normal ranger forms which Bandai did S.W.A.T. mode. Hasbro made the S.P.D. team so inconsistent with helmets not matching, morphers not matching and S.P.D. badges on the shoulder don't match. They also have the inconsistency that the Zeo Rangers have which is not having matching paint applications where there should be. Hasbro also did the A-Squad rangers which are very obscure characters that never had figures before. You can also take off the dragon shield from any of the MMPR rangers ( Red, Green or Black ) and you can put it on him to make J.J Oliver from the Soul of the Dragon comics.

I started watching Sentai now, starting with King Ohger and its amazing, so good that I went and ordered an SHFigurarts of Kuwagata Red. The Bandai Green you're looking at is different because thats their S.W.A.T mode armor. A power up they get later in the season.

The issue here, is the Bandai figure is for the SWAT Mode. The Hasbro version isn't. 🤷🏻♂️
