I would say that the biggest difference for me is that Formula GP is driving focused (you are the driver) while Formula 90 is more focused on overall race strategy(you are the team manager). Choosing racing lines is a good example. Also, if you like modern F1 tech like DRS and ERS, Formula 90 doesn’t have that obviously.
I like the quality of all the contents but the gameplay looks so complex and goes way over my head. Not putting the game down cos there's little (if anything) to moan about but my ageing brain can't take it all in.
I agree the full simulation rules are a bit daunting at first but if you’re controlling a single car you get into a flow fairly quickly! You should check out the Sprint mode rules tutorial on Duck’s Games’ channel the rules are really simplified for new players!
💡Question💡Do you find this board game emulates the thrill of F1 racing?
I pledged this and can't wait to get my hands on it, looks amazing.
It’s going to look good on the table 👌
Great video, very informative and in-depth. The game looks like a lot of fun!
Thanks! It’s a great racing game.
Oh cool this looks like its so much fun! 😮😮

Hi, do you know how different is it from Race! Formula 90 board game?

Do you use different cards for the sprint mode?
Formula GP's Sprint mode uses numbers on the action cards for movement
Cards are the same just uses special number on them instead of player board. Some card from the game are excluded for Sprint
