Thanks for the review. I own the Verde Prato with the 18K-EF. Don’t care about flex. And I can say it is such a gorgeous writer! I love the acrylic of the Verde Prato with ruthenium trims and nib. Beauty and for me worth all the money! I payd €585 with Appelboom, for who is interested in the European price, that is with 10% discount on the European price.
So happy someone is making these nibs and feeds. I treasure my Omas Ogiva: purchased after they closed their doors but before prices shot up. What a joy that pen is!
As a kid, I never saw many movies. The family never went to the movie theater, and we only got a VCR when I was in high school. Any movies were on one of the 4 channels we got on the rabbit ears. I've discovered that many programs I enjoyed then are unwatchable now.
Come on man.... name some of those programs!! Let’s go man!!

Great review, please keep these up. I bought mine in Rome and the nib is identical to my Omas Extra Flessible, including the feed. I paid a lot less in the EU minus VAT vs what it's being sold at in the US. Maybe y'all can have a convo with the resellers here like Penboy Roy has mentioned to drop the price. I love it so much that I've already reserved another one - A Bosco in Italy for my second Scribo. I am grateful some of Omas' soul survived in Scribo

Amazing looking pen. I had to stop watching your review at 6:12. When you got to the paper wrapped, hand made pen case, I knew this was way out of my league. After a little wailing, gnashing of teeth, and a couple of shots of 12 year old single malt, I was able to continue.
I am old. When Red Sonja came out I was 30. I was 35 before I realized there was some sort of plot to that movie--not just Sandahl Bergman in chainmaile lingerie.
When I was a kid? Pretty much anything starring Jerry Lewis was cool and funny until I got to be about 12.

I have no idea what those last two words mean. Now I have to go look them up! Why? Why do you make me do extra thinking?!? There’s a 2 syllable word limit moving forward. Any more than that requires definitions included in the remarks, spelled out in pupet shows so I don’t have to think more.
I havn't re-watched -The Bad News Bears-, but now I'm going to look for it. I re-watched -Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventures- a few years ago (rather, I tried to watch it); it did not age well. -Night of the Living Dead- still scares me; it's still a favorite.
Barbarella, the greatest movie I ever snuck in to see, Talk about legs. Nice to see a new pen with a great nib, It is all about the writing.
I remember more than just legs, lol. I loved Jane in "Cat Ballou" and "Barefoot In The Park". It's too bad she went all screwball politically.

I have this pen for 10 months (verde bosco). It is rusting - all metal
(except gold nib) parts. Think it over before you spend your money.

I’ve seen you mention your rusted pen on multiple reviews. I also saw that Scribo had asked you to contact them. Did they make it right?
Also as a matter of fact, distilled water is best to clean pens because tap water can contain hard minerals like iron that cause things to rust.
My pen is a couple of years old and still good as new.
It's very unfortunate that the name does not feel luxury. Nor does the "feel the flex", "feel the writing" lasered on the pen. It cheapens the pen, seems juvenile.
I understand what scribo means, and while the pen is beautiful and tempting..dont know I can get past those aspects to buy it.

It's only lately that I got around to buying two Scribo pens at Goldspot, a La Dotta Piella and Feel Maddalena, but Goldspot Customer Service is mean and arrogant. I'd like to buy another Scribo, but I'll wait until different pen store, ie a competitor, carries the brand.
I just got the Feel Pen in Extra Fine......is this good for every day writing?? i got the Scribo Piuma in Fine 14k and good lord!!! writes like a dream!! was choosing the extra fine 14k nib a good choice? thanks for the videos !!!

I could pack lunches for a long time to get my hands on that Green Forest beauty! In order to take it it to work, I’d need some GPS feature to it. Losing it would hurt. And I’ve lost half a dozen pens in transit over the years. When I was a smart teenager I liked the films by Ingmar Bergman a lot. Resonated with my mood at the time I suppose. Many of my friends were avid Woody Allen fans, and I just couldn’t get it. In my older days, neither of them is in my top ten.
Please review the Pilot Falcon in extra fine. I want to know what you think about it.

Hi PenBoy, Great Review. I tried this pen AND the new "calligraphy" Montblanc.. well.. there are both fantastic.. but the scribo is less expensive and more beautifull. There is however another Pen.. the Decoband superflex oversize. A comparative between the Scribo and the Decoband would be fantastic. (but.. I know.. I'll end up buying them both. )
Let us know if it would be possible to review the new Decoband and to compare that BIG nib with these.
(sorry.. my english is a ..liiittle rusty)

Geez Roy, I'll have to screw up the noodle & give it a real think before committing that kinda coin, the beauty & performance of this pen notwithstanding! Since I ain't a flex nib affectionado, maybe I'd like to invest instead in a Conid large-sized bulkfiller, something along those lines. Know whatta mean? Thank you & good night!: 😜

You’re a good sport : I appreciate your response. I have this pen - in the medium flex 14kt- and it's amazing. Also got the Verde Prato from Goldspot Pens- and it's equally stunning.
