13 weeks post C section and my tummy is still sore some days. Happy to actually try to get this workout done today . My body just don’t feel ready for anything in the gym just yet 😢
Today I did it for the first time after 9 months of my c section. Coz all these months I couldn't do any exercise due to excessive body weight n slow recovery. My ideal weight is 52-55 kg. At the time of my delivery I was 96 n now I'm 66. Today I've started exercising n it felt so good. Thank you so much 💕

I’m 9 months postpartum c section and I was losing hope on getting back into my fitness because everything strained my incision I was so sad. Then I came to this video and I was actually able to keep up and no strain and I feel so good!
Thank God I found this page. Just completed 6 weeks post C-section and need to get my body back and my entire system active again. Stock here after reading through positive reviews.
6 weeks post c-section and just got approval to start workouts. This was the first one I did and I'm feeling great. Little one even rested in his swing while I did it. Win-win!
I loved this routine! I’m 16 days post c-section and just got the ok from my midwife to do gentle yoga. It feels great to start getting my body back. I’ve been so sore and tense from laboring and breastfeeding. It feels amazing to stretch and move. Thank you as always!
I was 6 months postpartum and starting to workout again after my c section, then I had emergency gallbladder surgery. Now I’m 7 weeks post that surgery and restarting again. Feeling defeated but seeing everyone else’s comments makes me feel less alone! Thank you so much for your videos ❤
I wish I had started these type of workouts 17 years ago after my first of 4 c-sections. I'm 7 years past my last and severely out of shape in my core causing me a lot of lower back pain. I'm so glad to have found these exercises so I can be on the path to being healthy and in shape again.
Just passed the 6 month mark after my c section. Ive lost my baby weight kilos by following a balanced healthy diet and walking every day. The first month I didnt walk that much but month two and three I increased my daily walks slowly until at month 4, 5 and 6 I started to mange daily power walks up to 2 hour daily. But I am not feeling very strong post the pregnancy and my body core and arms feels weak. I found this workout really manageable and it is helping me build strength slowly without feeling any strain on my scar. The instructor is great has a clear easy to listen to voice and nice background music.
My lo is 18 months and I’ve been seeing a personal trainer after feeling like I’ve lost almost all my muscle. Especially since my daughter doesn’t sleep soundly on her own naturally. I thought that this video was much more what my body needed and was way more helpful. I actually found some parts to be really challenging for me which seems crazy to me but it just shows how the c section changed my body. Thank you.
I am 7 months post emergency c section and 5 month post gallbladder removal surgery and ERCP surgery. My body feels like it’s been through the wringer and it feels nice to be able to get into fitness and health again. Thank you so much for posting this & the others. It’s tough to start working out again, but I know it’ll be worth it- mentally and physically!
I started these exercises 3.5 weeks post c-section and I felt strong and safe the whole time because they are methodical and well paced. Thank you so much for putting these videos out there (for free!).
Exactly 6 months (that's 26 weeks ) post party and today is the *first* day I've been able to finish a 25 min workout😫 I say this so all you c-section mommas out there know the truth: it likely takes more than 8-12 weeks to feel even mildly able to maintain a workout. 💀Wish someone had told me🤦🏾♀️💕
I'm 7.5 weeks postpartum and this was my first workout. It was a perfect workout to get me back into the swing of things! I still have some tenderness around my incision so I was nervous to start working out again but this was gentle enough to be pain-free. I'm nowhere near the level of fitness I was pre-pregnancy, but I'm confident your videos will help me get back there. Thanks so much!
@@bethanyriddle7039 thank you, Bethany! I still have some tenderness and I'm a bit limited in exercises but I'm back at the gym and getting stronger! I've come a long way. Hope your recovery is going well!
10 weeks post c section and looking to get back into a workout routine. I was in a good place with my physical appearance and health pre-baby, so I am trying to be nice to myself with having grown a life and having a c section. This was my first workout (other than walking) since having my baby (Maverick❤️)! It was the perfect amount of physical activity. I was comfortable and was able to notice how my body is feeling at this time with more activity. I look forward to doing more videos!
three years postpartum c-section and finally feeling ready to tackle working out again. This video made me feel strong in my body and ready to keep going. Thank you!
6 weeks post c-section and was cleared by my doctor yesterday to start working out. I did this and feel great! I feel I recovered pretty quick from my c-section, 2 weeks after I felt totally normal and while I went for walks I still decided to wait to get cleared first.
Did you warm up before starting?! And can you tell me please how did you feel during exercise!? I’m also a c section and I want to start a workout to get my body back
My first workout just over 13 weeks after c section and it's a great and gentle way to ease myself back in. Will definitely do this workout a few times before trying anything more strenuous ☺️ thank you!
I'm 6 weeks post c-section and this workout was just what I needed to feel a little bit like myself again. Can't wait to continue this workout. Thank you!

I worked out the whole pregnancy with your videos and I had a great pregnancy and my recovery from the c-section was great, so I'm excited to go back to working out! Thanks for your videos, they have really made my life easier! Greetings from Guadalajara México!
I had my baby through c-section 8 months ago and I slowly started to do yoga. I am so happy I found you and your page. I feel so relieved that I can do almost all the exercises very easily without any pain(I am a rusty so I was getting a bit tired going some exercises but I felt absolutely no pain at all). Listen to your bodies ladies! And thank you again for your videos
I'm 17 weeks postpartum c section, I'm getting motivated by watching this video, I can't wait to loose the belly fat which looks so big like I'm pregnant again. Thank you so much I will subscribe to your blog and I will be practicing this every day starting from today.

This is my 1st pregnancy and I had C section due to a last minute emergency. Been really struggling with excersise since my c-section 7 months ago. I'm really worried about doing myself an injury, it's so frustrating because I feel back to normal but I know I still have 2-4 months before I can workout properly. My son is wanting to be really active which has made it harder for me to get excersise I used to go for lots of walks with him in either the stroller or carrier but now he needs lots of time to crawl and cruise otherwise he doesn't sleep. I've put on so much weight and I'm so worried about the effect my sedentary lifestyle will have long term. I'm so pleased to have found this channel it's such a minefield knowing what exercises are beneficial or could be harmful when your still healing. I feel like I worked out today I'm so pleased and as it's a short workout I can do it after my son has gone to bed. Thank you so much for making this video
Honestly searched for a workout for c-section and clicked the first video right away and honestly it didn’t hurt my incision !! I feel workout burning so thank you so much 🥲 I can’t wait to feel like myself again going to do this workout daily
I did this workout for the first time last week (9 weeks post C section) & again today. My body & back felt so weak from having the op & I was a bit nervous about doing the exercise but I completed it & it made me feel so much better mentally & physically (I had done a lot of your prenatal workouts which helped me so much with my scoliosis). A bit sore the day after but no pain no gain, thank you 💪❤️ xx
I am going to do this specific work out every day for the next two weeks. I am a year postpartum, and I am finally ready to get back on my feet and get my body back.
This is a great one to start with :) I have lots to choose from in my postpartum playlist of you want to mix it up too! Hope it feels good to get back to movement 💞
Today marks 2 months since my C-section. I’ve had 2 c-sections two years in a row. This is my first workout in two years and it was sooo great. Thank you for this. This made me feel ready to get strong again and made me feel good about myself and all my body has gone through. May God bless you all.
Hello! From pregnancy to postpartum exercise Im doing your workout. Now back to working out and found this video, I am now 7 weeks after CS. Today is my 1st day, it feels amazing after doing the exercise.
7 weeks post emergency c section... Felt so weak even though I was a regular workout person all my life and during pregnancy... Will continue to do this hopefully every morning. Thank you!
It was my first workout after a 25cm C-section for fibroids (I don't have a baby yet)! My body needed this exercise soooo much! My tummy is still very very swollen, so child's pose was challenging. I'll try to do some gentle workout every day!!! Thank you so much for sharing!!! 🥰🙏
I understand you girl, I just had a c-section for fibroid and baby a week ago with high risk pregnancy, but trust me I still cry every second and I'm on RUclips to find something could help my pain and I find this. I will pray for you to have your own child in Jesus name amen 🙏
My baby is 6.5 months old now. I have only really been exercising again for the past 4ish weeks due to issues with the healing of my scar internally and externally. Which has been really difficult considering that pre-pregnancy and during pregnancy I was always active. Felt compelled to comment just in case there are any fellow c-section mummas reading who haven't been able to re-start exercising close to birth and maybe feel a bit disheartened/worried/anxious to do so. Everyone's recovery journey is different and small steps make all the difference mentally and physically xxx
I went from a size 1 to a 9 after having my second child so, I’m here lol. I made it through the video just in time before baby started crying. I feel it in my legs mostly. I’m 4 months post.
I am not a mother but I got C section surgeon because my uterus has some problem .After C section my belly was so big and it doesn't look good .So, I decided to do some workout and I found your video .This is my first time of doing workout after C section . Your blog help me a lot I hope I will get good things from you .Thank You :D
8 weeks post c section, incision got infected. was really nervous to start working out again! but i want to feel like myself again, this felt so friggin good
@@jinshjinshanajinsh8413 it was an emergency csection, and im allergic to penicillin so the antibiotics they used didnt work that well so i got a small infection:/ luckily i was healed within a month-ish!! but the drs said it honestly wasnt my fault, and shit happens lol
I'm also 8 weeks post c section! Sorry you go an infection! I tried to do some jumping jacks yesterday and it felt so tender on my stomach because of that weird nerve pain that's sensitive to touch even your clothes. If it wasn't for that I could just go right back into my normal workouts.
I’m almost 5 months post-partum and I work out regularly but sometimes overdue it! These workouts on my recovery days help me reconnect with good form and really check in how my body is doing - ty!
Thank you so much for this great routine! The fact that you have minimal instructions and a soft tone voice makes this perfect for me. Something I can watch over and over again without the annoying extra cheerful instructions. It is much appreciated. ❤️
Thank you so much for sharing these videos. I am 6 weeks postpartum and eager to get back to my pre-pregnancy fitness level. My incision still hurts to the touch, but these exercises felt great. Confident that your videos will help my body heal!
I've had my 2nd C-section with my 2nd baby who is now 5months and I have just started working out following this video of yours and feeling good about myself for being able to complete the whole workout. Please keep on uploading such amazing videos for us to follow. You are doing a fab job! Thank you! x
After doing your pregnancy workout videos pretty much the whole way through my pregnancy I knew I wanted to come back for the postpartum exercise. I'm 8 weeks post c-section after a traumatic delivery, this was a great workout for me to start getting back into exercising again, i'm so glad I did this today. Thank you :)
I’m 5 months postpartum with my 2nd child and I’m looking forward to starting this journey to get back feeling good and feeling strong again as my upper body strength is so weak. Looking forward to seeing some results.
Thank you for posting this. It was super helpful. With my four months old I have no time to go out and hit the gym . A home effective workout gave me a ray of hope to shred those extra postpartum kgs.
I love these workouts! Had a csection a month ago and ready to start working out after about a week. However, the doctor told me I need to take it slow and only do postpartum workouts until I’m cleared to do more. I’m so glad these workouts are available for people who want to work out without hurting themselves.
At almost 6 months post partum and doing this video really motivated me. It was gentle enough for myself who has not exercised in quite some time. I feel amazing and am extremely thankful for this video!
6 weeks post c section. I got the ok yesterday from my doctor to begin exercising. I'm starting off light for a while and this video was just what I was looking for.
Almost five months pp with my second c section!🥲 ganna try this out and hopefully gain some motivation 😭 I don’t feel so alone reading these comments !💓 Thankyou 🥲
I'm about to be 6wks pp, I had an emergency c-section. I haven't exercised since before baby came in October- just some walking around the hospital and in the house. Physically I was craving more, but I found that mentally it was really getting to me because I'm normally pretty active- I'm a dog walker and before and while pregnant I'd walk up to 5 dogs around for about 1.5miles. I was also doing some of your workouts while I was pregnant. This workout helped me start to feel like myself and in my body again. ❤️ Ty!

Thank you so much. I finally had the courage to finish the workout now that i am 16 months postpartum.
This was my second post c-section workout - the first was your yoga video! It feels so good to be moving 8 weeks postpartum knowing that I’m doing so safely. I am working towards playing tennis again, and I’m grateful to have these workouts to help strengthen and reactivate the many muscles I will need to do so 🎾🥰
This made me feel so much better and motivated! Thank you for what you’re doing. Helps me not just physically but mentally as well after having a complicated pregnancy and CS.
First workout 14 weeks postpartum c section. A great sweat session just enough to get me sweating and not feel exhausted while baby sleeps. Really like that you add the next up and modified video on the video. I plan to do more
Wooooooow This is my first workout after six weeks of C-section and I must confess,it's amazing and I feel so good👍👍 👍and will definitely do this every morning
I gained a lot of weight in this pregnancy (fourth baby in 7 years!) and had an emergency c section 6weeks ago. Feel like absolute crap, really need to slowly and steadily lose like 10lbs. Thank you for this can’t wait to try it!
Unfortunately I gained a LOT of weight throughout my pregnancy so I had to modify some of these even further... but the point is I made it through the video and even broke a little sweat😅 so thank you!!
My first ever workout postpartum. I'm feeling better after this. Beautifully explained (blueberries and stuff) and also when and where, to inhale and exhale during the work out.
Found this a great exercise for post-c section as someone who was rather active before and during pregnancy. I have been missing movement and this was a good start to realize what I am able to do and where I need to be careful. (8 weeks post c-section)
I had a C section 9 months ago just did this exercise the full video. 😱So proud of myself I found it very comfortable. I can also feel I am unfit my legs are on fire thanks so much. I'm definitely doing this as a daily task 💃💃💃

I understand you girl, I just had a c-section for fibroid and baby a week ago with high risk pregnancy, but trust me I still cry every second and I'm on RUclips to find something could help my pain and I find this. I will pray for you to have your own child in Jesus name amen 🙏
Love this!! I’m four weeks post-partum after c-section, been feeling super week. This workout was amazing!! I feel so energized today
Reduce you are tummy after this exercise
I’ll be 3 weeks pp after c section on Tuesday 6/13/23. Did you have any pain doing this at 4 weeks pp?
Has this woman had a csection before? I had one 3 months ago, the way she’s doing these exercises with such ease is amazing
1 month post c-section. This felt gentle, safe and therapeutic. Thank you
I am not a mother but I got C section surgeon because my uterus has some problem .After C section my belly was so big and it doesn't look good .So, I decided to do some workout and I found your video .This is my first time of doing workout after C section . Your blog help me a lot I hope I will get good things from you .Thank You :D
7 weeks post section and this workout was the perfect length and intensity. Thank you!
8wks postpartum, and this is my first workout.
I feel great, and pumped up to keep up 🏋🏽♀️
Thanks Jessica
8 weeks post c section, incision got infected. was really nervous to start working out again! but i want to feel like myself again, this felt so friggin good
What did you do ?? How did it got infected?
@@jinshjinshanajinsh8413 it was an emergency csection, and im allergic to penicillin so the antibiotics they used didnt work that well so i got a small infection:/ luckily i was healed within a month-ish!! but the drs said it honestly wasnt my fault, and shit happens lol
@@rachaelmattera3298 hows your baby now ? Is it your first ? Where are you from?
I'm also 8 weeks post c section! Sorry you go an infection! I tried to do some jumping jacks yesterday and it felt so tender on my stomach because of that weird nerve pain that's sensitive to touch even your clothes. If it wasn't for that I could just go right back into my normal workouts.
@@MZSTAR4YA start workouts atleast after 3 months
I am 6 weeks after my C-section, this exactly what I needed. Nice, gentle workout for recovery ❤
I’m almost 5 months post-partum and I work out regularly but sometimes overdue it! These workouts on my recovery days help me reconnect with good form and really check in how my body is doing - ty!
I’m 3 months postpartum I had C-section is that good time start exercise because I feel chubby and want to loose belly fat 😢
Thank you so much for this great routine! The fact that you have minimal instructions and a soft tone voice makes this perfect for me. Something I can watch over and over again without the annoying extra cheerful instructions. It is much appreciated. ❤️
Hi
Thank you so much for sharing these videos. I am 6 weeks postpartum and eager to get back to my pre-pregnancy fitness level. My incision still hurts to the touch, but these exercises felt great. Confident that your videos will help my body heal!
Hei iam at my 6th week now, how is it going?
I've had my 2nd C-section with my 2nd baby who is now 5months and I have just started working out following this video of yours and feeling good about myself for being able to complete the whole workout. Please keep on uploading such amazing videos for us to follow. You are doing a fab job! Thank you! x
I just did THIS workout and I'm feeling goood. I'm 12 weeks post partum and I did break a sweat. Thank you for sharing.
I’m so sorry you ended up having a traumatic delivery. Sending you healing strength and glad this was a good fit for you 💞
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV. How many calories can you loose doing this video ?🌸🌸🌸
I’m 5 months postpartum with my 2nd child and I’m looking forward to starting this journey to get back feeling good and feeling strong again as my upper body strength is so weak. Looking forward to seeing some results.
Doing this after 6 month post- C section, and felt great! Thank you!
15 weeks post c-section. Just gaining motivation to start exercising again. Loved this workout 👍
8 weeks post C-section- first workout today- so happy I started working out today. This was a perfect start
Thank you for posting this. It was super helpful. With my four months old I have no time to go out and hit the gym . A home effective workout gave me a ray of hope to shred those extra postpartum kgs.
Glad to be back on working out. 6months postpartum. 1st work out. Hope to do this consistently. Thank you Jessica. Love your videos.
I hope it feels good to get back to movement! Congratulations on your baby! xo
First workout after csection a year and a week ago. Feel like crying. Was good but so hard too. More mentally than physically. Thank you x
Sending you a big hug. It is hard ❤️
I love these workouts! Had a csection a month ago and ready to start working out after about a week. However, the doctor told me I need to take it slow and only do postpartum workouts until I’m cleared to do more. I’m so glad these workouts are available for people who want to work out without hurting themselves.
Today is My first exercise, I'm 7 months postpartum hoping for the good results :)
It takes time... remember to be kind to yourself 💞 We are cheering you on!
Hi after c section ustayed for how long to have another baby ? please i have and I lost my kababy
7 months postpartum and trying to lose weight... so glad I found this video
Thank you! 7 weeks post after my 3rd c section! Feeling really strong and ready for more 💪
I'm about to be 6wks pp, I had an emergency c-section.
I am working towards playing tennis again, and I’m grateful to have these workouts to help strengthen and reactivate the many muscles I will need to do so 🎾🥰
7 weeks post C-section. This was amazing and I feel so motivated and stronger after this workout ❤
This made me feel so much better and motivated! Thank you for what you’re doing. Helps me not just physically but mentally as well after having a complicated pregnancy and CS.
Had my son a year ago started working out basically today…trying to stay positive I have never been this heavy
First workout 14 weeks postpartum c section. A great sweat session just enough to get me sweating and not feel exhausted while baby sleeps.
Really like that you add the next up and modified video on the video.
I plan to do more
Thanks so much for putting this together I feel amazing! 2 weeks today since my c section I feel so good now xx
Two weeks are enough to start working
Wooooooow
This is my first workout after six weeks of C-section and I must confess,it's amazing and I feel so good👍👍 👍and will definitely do this every morning
I gained a lot of weight in this pregnancy (fourth baby in 7 years!) and had an emergency c section 6weeks ago. Feel like absolute crap, really need to slowly and steadily lose like 10lbs. Thank you for this can’t wait to try it!
6 weeks since my csection, I was concerned about trying some exercise. This was fantastic!
First work out at 8 weeks pp and I feel so much better. I have been feeling tight and sore from breast feeding and lack of exercise. Thanks so much!
I just had my baby on the 25th of January and when I say this made my back and muscles loosen up so much.🥰
I love it after almost three months of my c-section this is my first workout ❤
6 weeks post csection, this felt great. thank you!
I just did this im two months c section postpartum it felt good
Thanks Leslie! Happy you enjoyed it :)
I am in 3rd month can I do exercise
Unfortunately I gained a LOT of weight throughout my pregnancy so I had to modify some of these even further... but the point is I made it through the video and even broke a little sweat😅 so thank you!!
My first ever workout postpartum. I'm feeling better after this. Beautifully explained (blueberries and stuff) and also when and where, to inhale and exhale during the work out.
Eight weeks post c section and this was a perfect work out- great level of difficulty. thank you!
I’m 6 weeks and 5 days postpartum and I was doing your exercises during pregnancy and I loved them. I enjoyed this one also 😊thank you
Found this a great exercise for post-c section as someone who was rather active before and during pregnancy. I have been missing movement and this was a good start to realize what I am able to do and where I need to be careful. (8 weeks post c-section)
I did it 10 weeks after c-section and i didn't fell any pain. Perfect! My legs and arms felt the workout. Thanks yoy!
I had a C section 9 months ago just did this exercise the full video. 😱So proud of myself I found it very comfortable. I can also feel I am unfit my legs are on fire thanks so much. I'm definitely doing this as a daily task 💃💃💃
So glad you enjoyed! Congratulations on your 9 month old…. So fun!
This has helped me reduce my belly fat and yet with less energy
