Happy to help! The challenging part about autoimmune conditions is that different things work for different people but experience sharing is still important!

I'm also plantbased but I react to soy proteins, except for the gluten free soy sauce. Soy sauce actually doesn't contain much soy proteins because of fermentation process. I'm gluten free and I don't have therapy.

Interesting! What is your primary protein source that's soy and gluten-free?

@madisonelizabeth51295 my primary protein sourced are cheakpeas, peas, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pistachios, almonds, sometimes white beans. I use almond milk or pea protein milk. Also rice has some proteins. I can't eat peanuts, lentils, and cashews, actually I can eat overnight soaked in water and then well boiled cashews only, raw cashews never. I had really bad reactions. I react to soy proteins really bad, but I'm also diary proteins intolerant. It's usually same reaction to soy for some individuals. I still don't have therapy, but I am not against therapy. Just my hormones levels are in normal range, but still there are mžno test to measure do those hormones actually do their job properly, go into cells. That could be an issue with most of us. Enough hormones in free circulation (that's what they test only) but bad hormone's sinthesis. Sorry I forgot to say I occasionally eat eggs too, I have never had issues with eggs. Sometimes high quality fish if I find it. I'm in Europe not easy to find good fresh fish in my continental state.

There is so much conflicting diet info out there! I use the EWG Skindeep Database to research or find "clean" products. Some of my faves:
      Makeup: Ilia, Tower 28
      Skincare: Mychelle, Native (fragrance-free versions)
      Perfume: Henry Rose
      Hair care: Avalon Organics
      Soap/lotion: Everyone
