Oh man nice job! That black corvette with most likely a 427 in it with the factory side pipes is one of my favorite cars. My dad had a 66 Stingray like that I drove when I was 16. I’d trade all my ATC’s and my pinky toe for that one. lol
Nice bunch of vehicles at that show, every time I picked a favorite, I had to pick again. Now, about that shirt youngster! To celebrate my seventh decade on this planet, I recently picked up the quickest off road machine I had ever ridden. The CanAm Renegade X 800xc, scared the hell out of me 15 years ago. Now that I ride at least a dozen machines at least 6 days per week, I have a different approach to dealing with powerful four wheel drives. Just for fun look it up on the old computer and it's as quick as it looks. Take care of yourself and the family.
Great Video! Cool Car Show! I've been thinking about taking one of my quads to a few of the car shows, or cruise nights. My cars might never see the outside of this garage. Great Presentation on doing the Carb.
Ok still looking for trx125 piston and rings . .5mm .75 or 1mm over stock. You know any companies that reproduce thoes please post it. Right now might try piston for sl125 or atc125. I find a few old stock over bore pistons but none have rings
Question I have a 1985 ATC 70. I just installed the CDI conversion. However when I go to time the motor and line way up to dead center the magnet off of dead center not a lot but it's enough. Any help would be great??? I also just replaced key way.
@the timing chain was off because I thought the timing was off. I remember when it was lined up. Then when I took the fly wheel off it moved off of it.
@@Mrcbuilds update The bike runs doesn’t run very good. We have to tighten the valves since they tick and I have to mess with it to get it running, but at least we’re getting somewhere now.
@504moto you can alway verify tsc with a dowel in the soark plug whole. Spin the engine slowly by hand and watch the dowel, when its push as far as it can be out of the cylinder thats true tdc (on the compression stroke)
Curtie is an artist with those carbs.
Yes , he is. How ya doin Pat?
@@Mrcbuilds doing good sir! Hope you are as well.
Curtie does it again, nice car show. Hope you had fun .
It was nice to get away, even for just a few hours.

Awesome. Carburetor almost looks like chrome now. But how much did he charge?
He is very reasonable. I think you will be surprised with the price and quality of his work
nothing like classic cars and three wheelers..
funny thing, I bought my last 85 250r at a car parts swap meet.

Has the timing chain been off? Was it running before you made the conversion?
@the timing chain was off because I thought the timing was off. I remember when it was lined up. Then when I took the fly wheel off it moved off of it.
It was running but stopped after I took the stator off. My dad said he got a new spark plug and it ran for a couple seconds I’m not rlly sure
