- Raw video from above a Burnsville home, where a man fatally shot two Burnsville police officers and a firefighter-paramedic. They have been identified as Officer Paul Elmstrand and Officer Matthew Ruge and Firefighter-Paramedic Adam Finseth. Police Sgt. Adam Medlicott was injured by the gunman during their response.
