Heavenly! This is my knitting music!
You guys are amazing! You're my primary inspiration for writing for wind quintet. Keep up the awesome work!
Thats great, hope to get to play some of your music some day. :)
なんでオーボエこんなにも軽やかなのだろう
癒される😌😌
The fact that they played this with memorization while doing perfect dynamics and tone quality amazes me...and they blend in together too! And I'm jealous of the flutes vibrato and the band's intonation.. I wish my band and I could play like that. I'm inspired
WDW Fan Lets not forget that the audio was recorded separately from this performance!
@@geoffroymb What? How was the audio recorded separately? And why would they do that?
The chance to watch this video is the best thing I got for Valentine's Day
Just THANKS for the music, amazing performances, best wishes from Santa Fe Argentina
I am Japanese.
I play the bassoon in Japan.
I always get you healthy.
I am studying English in Japan now.
I want to hear live performance someday.
Please do your best from now on.
I'm sorry for being funny.
I always get you healthy? Might wanna check vocabulary lol. Otherwise, good grammar.
BASSOON FOR LIFE 👍
This guy is a legend.
しおきゃらめる Compulsory Education's defeat
I'm also playing the basson, too. However, I'm only a 10th grader with half a year of learing it.
Fantastic version. Everyone play so great. Wonderful
Beautiful rendition to listen and to watch! Bravo!
Marvelous as always. Thank you Carion.
This is the best quintet I've heard. Bravo!
Just an amazing group of outstanding talent. I love your arrangements. Keep posting!

Oh you guys are amazing!
Congratulations to the group for the beautiful execution; cha for two is one of the most beautiful fox trots there is, good to be successful again, congratulations
Wow, so nice in every way... love it!
Great vídeos! Congratulations guys! Very Nice performances
Awesome piece. Never heard it before. Wonderfully played
I remember this piece from a Russian cartoon I used to like but this version is way prettier
Shostakovich is the pioneer for visual music.
Beautifulllllll! I love it!
Those top oboe notes! Makes me envy! Good job to everyone!
This is TEA FOR TWO by Vincent Youmans from the musical "No, No, Nanette!"--vintage roaring twenties!
I'm a big fan of Carion, which I have called the hottest quintet since Pentatonix. The way you guys make movement and the performance space itself a part of the musical arrangement is brilliant and unique. More power to you!
However, I'm not sure this particular arrangement does full justice to Shostakovich. As the headnotes indicate, "Tahiti Trot" is an adaptation by Boris Fomin of "Tea For Two," from Vincent Youmans' "No No Nanette." The contribution of Shostakovich was to arrange it for full orchestra (which he did in less than an hour to win a bet from his friend Nikolai Malko). It's the orchestration -- simultaneously rich and piquant -- that gives the Shostakovich piece its charm, and that richness does not hold up too well in the rearrangment for wind quintet -- unlike, for example, your arrangement of Waltz #2, which has a delicate freshness that is a worthy complement to the original version.
Respectful feedback from a devoted admirer. Keep on with the great stuff you do!
Stunningly beautiful
that was VERY good!!! nice blend of instruments!!!!
This was beautiful!
If you come to play in Argentina, i would love to see you performing alive.
I been waiting for this moment :')
very nice! excellent Performance, very entertaining :-)
I love this arrangement
Oh it's really wonderful music!!!
I have to say it again….this is fantastic playing….Sincerely yours B H
Another great one! Props on the beautiful camera work and choreography, not to mention the playing!
THis is a small retter to Carion Wind Quintet. You play fantastic and beuityfull,I played in windQuintets some years, but that was not the best for me. Orchestra and a life as international soloist was my life. I hope you will go on with the chambermusic, nobody will beat your standard. Thank you and Regards….
This is so lovely.
Ahaaa😍😍 beautiful
とても上品な曲❤️オーボエすごくいい!!
ショスタコーヴィチが友人に煽られて、一時間で編曲出来る?って言われて45分で書き上げた作品なんだって
Bravo!!!
I can’t stop listening
I love the choreography by the way
Bravo !
This is so beautiful! I play three (clarinet, flute, and oboe) of the four woodwinds that were used in this piece and I would love to have other people my age (16) join me to play beautiful pieces like this.
Amazing :)
Geniales. Me encantan.
a mi también
Bravo! Keep calm and Carion.
Good job, man!
ほぼ全部、好きな楽器だ。

Upload more! Classical is still prevalent to younger generations and beyond :)
Yes
Whenever I listen to this one, although it's themed 'Tahiti', I feel chilly and loneliness weirdly.
This is cool❤
It's good music to listen to in Korea. I want to go to Europe soon too
bravo👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Great sonority on this one
Bravourös!!
tea for two💓💓💓
Didn’t know Ewan McGregor played oboe!
Oboe Wan Kenobi
Wow beautiful playing! That sounds like a theme and variations on “tea for two” what it inspired by that time perhaps?
the music is so beautiful i also have a quintet but i can not buy this score! please let me know how to buy this arrangemet thank you very much
Great ensemble playing. A little bit over the top maybe, but given how you did it (standing , from memory etc.) , it fits.
With the “tea for two” at the end !
Yeah, is this copied from "Tea for two" or is it the inspiration for "Tea for two"?
Great! (Musique des anglais dans la grande vadrouille?)
👏👏👏👏👏
Keep calm and Carion
Omg yes
I listen to them for hours

Can you tell me what is the edition and press company of the sheet music in this video?
Where could I find the music for this at my high school we just started our ensemble and this would be perfect music for contest
Micah Collins This seems pretty hard for high school level, especially for the horn (really, really difficult). But hey, i’m just saying! You might find it on the imslp website.
@@geoffroymb thank you and I think we could pull it off it's all first chair and I'm aware of the difficulty
So good sheet music for oboe please
I like your playing 😗😗

Nice arrangement, but it is playback, isn't it? Nothing wrong with that...just curious.
Hi Poulenc, Yes, its very hard making both sound and pic at the same time. We also have live videos in the feed, if you want to hear and see us unedited. :)
Hello, can you help me to find the sheets of this music?

Why does this stout trumpist keep his hand in the trumpet?
Tea for two?!?!💀
Wanted to play this in high school. Alas, no bassoon. Probably could have made do with a bass clarinet.
BTS brought me here!!
