Thank you for reaching out to us. Glossy and matte are the surface textures. Glossy reflects light, matt doesnt. But in tiles finish also brings some functional and maintenance related factors. Carving is nothing but using sparkling media in design on matt finished glazed tiles, it is limited to decoration. Terminology has grown and often confuses.
