  • This is a shock valving manual which indicates that various shim arrangements to be used with bilstein pistons. Part number 699, and also the bilstein COB piston [I believe near same flow, but have no proof] are the 2 types of shock pistons I have used with this shock shim revalve manual.
If you have any questions, please ask jn the comments below. They may help others who want to rebuild/revalve their shocks and have the same issue.
Oh and if revalving, remember to buy Bilstein pistons and band parts (if they fit for your shocks). I am in no way paid by the company, but they make darn good products, and a excellent price point, and in my opinion are supportive to the buyers when it comes to modifying their products as well.
    In my opinion,
Yes they are only a handful of top dogs when it comes to high performance shocks and parts, and to be honest they can be very expensive. Bilstein is right up there in that list but also affordable for the average consumer.

Johan Edström I know there used to be some links online but that was a while ago. You may have to take screen shots (Print screen) of this video and paste each page in a word processor software (Microsoft word for example)

Johan Edström I think Bilstein took it down from their main website shortly after the clublexus shock revalve tutorials.

@@frugalfabrication I am trying to get the suspension calc spread sheet from the club lexus forum, do you happen to have a copy of that spreadsheet?

ShatterPoints I may not have it anymore. But you can make a new one from the either the long equation process listed on the post,
      .
      .
      or
      .
      .
by the simple option 2 equation method...Ex (0.65 x [Crit damping]) for shaft speeds 0 to 3, ....for shaft speeds 4-10 (0.35 x [Crit damping]), and so on.

Is it hard to read in this video resolution?
Please let me know so I can make adjustments.

Go to the very bottom of the page. The Bilstein pdf manual (7 pdf’s?) is under the MotorSport section.
