Jedi Master Sketchy Pedo is a " difficult " look to pull off. Maybe Z-burg personally attended to the situation and thought you were taking the piss out of him. Side note: Yoda in the Star Worz movies was a stunted crippled runt - "They" normally grow to about twelve feet tall by the age of five and by the age of seventeen they are nearly sixteen feet tall and pretty terrifying ... That Grogu guy is about to have a growth spurt and some pretty knarly massive donkey teeth.

Really good way to show just how hard it is. Especially if you don’t have the ability to do all the promotion stuff. It can take a long time to find a way to get the people who you know would like your music to simply find it. I’ve come to the decision to just put it out there and do a small amount of promotion (severe chronic facial pain limits me quite a bit) and just be glad it’s out there. Not too long ago this was all out of reach for most of us.

Lesson I get from this is first and foremost, you gotta make music for yourself, because you want to make it, not because you think it will sell. There are many other ways to make a buck that are more certain pay for certain amounts of work. No guarantee that a creation will bring attention and payoff. The reward must come from within.

Another hurdle I and many other people have is that it is hard to dedicate time for all this in addition to having a separate career and/or a family. It's rare to be in a position where you can focus a large portion of time to writing, recording, filming, and promoting on your own social accounts or Spotify (without paying for ads).

I really appreciate this video. It's a nice reminder that it's hard to start (even if you have pre existing skill at something!). Joel Haver mentioned something similar in one of his videos. It took him a good while to finally get recognition for his videos. Once he did, everything took off.
It's a bit of a shame that it happens that way. I often think of all of the people who have made amazing stuff that just didn't continue because they felt it wasn't going anywhere
