I was looking for a solution to my current plateau (haven't lost anything since Jan 1st even with walking, water, and a decent diet) and I found you. I have spent the whole weekend watching your videos and effective tonight I am going to begin following the IF plan. I have 14 meals for lunch and dinner in the fridge as we speak. Breakfast is easy to make hot. I like your "clean eating" plan and I am excited about this. My daughter is getting married in October, right before my 60th birthday, and I want to look fabulous for the wedding photos! I will keep you posted!
Heres is the list:Egg and Eggwhites, full fat Greek yogurt, protein powder, fresh and frozen vegetables, fresh and frozen fruit, tortillas and bread, peanut butter, good quality butter, lean protein, sauce (salsa, mustard, etc).

Lettuce , green leaves a must . I live on salad bowls . Avocado, tomato, peppers, onions. Add tuna , beef , pork , sardines or chicken. Berries- strawberries, blackberry, blueberries with natural yogurt. Eggs , I probably eat 15/20 a week. Greet video and greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪

Lacey. Watch the video on the lab research into frozen vs fresh. It's actually crazy. Esp onions. Quarter of the minerals and vitamins in fresh onions compared to frozen. Same with sprouts and Brocoli. Also in out of season fruit is much better to buy frozen. If its in season it's ok.

I think that there is only one aspect that does not fit with numerous scientific findings: eggs as part of a healthy diet. Not only because of the high cholesterol level, but beyond. I wonder if you have watch 'What the health' (Netflix, documentary based on peer reviewed papers with randomized control trials) or the paper of Dr. Greger, M.D, Michael- a referent in Plant-based diets. Other than eggs, I do follow the same diet and approach that you advocate...again, thanks!

Absolutely, it's a great option to supplement your protein intake, which is important whether you're lifting or not.

How do you find out how much protein u need perr day? I put hot sauce on boiled eggs.
Check peanut butter is just peanuts only. You don't want to get the one with added oil or sugar.

Look into the Beachbody Shakeology. I use it and it has a million (not literally) other good things in it.
