Hi!:) This is the first video for 2020!:) In the previous video (Hungarian Dance No.1), lots of people want me to play Hungarian Dance No.5. So, I have prepared this video. Hungarian Dance pieces are known for these pieces composed by Brahms collecting folk dance music by Hungarians when he traveled to Hungary. As I said before, Hungarian Dance piano pieces are technically difficult. However, I believe that you guys will be able to complete a good enough performance. I hope that you guys enjoy my performance and achieve a goal in 2020! Thank you for your support! Please don’t forget to subscribe, like, and click the alarm button!!
I am half Hungarian on my mums side although I was born and raised in Britain. When I visited Budapest to see family, I was walking through a town square with my mum and a guy was playing this on violin. He could see I was interested and so I stood there for 5 minutes in awe of this dude just standing there, his hands flying up and down.
this channel has and always will be my biggest inspiration for starting my own, just such an amazing pianist to watch. It would mean the world if you showed any support or even subscribed but al credit to you kassia thank you!!!
I always get a bit annoyed with my last name, my most of my dads side is Hungarian, and they used to have a cool Hungarian last name, but then my grandma married a guy with a Scottish last name. So I could have had a cool Hungarian last name, but I got stuck with an average Scottish one, and no one believes me when I tell them that I am of Hungarian decent
Well, while these pieces have Hungarian in their name, Brahms is German. On the other hand, Liszt is Hungarian, so all of his works could be considered Hungarian.
Lol I tried it x2 speed. It sounds like Liszt's Transcendental Etude No. 2 ("Fusees") when it comes to the very fast parts. Also that Etude will be a great one to play. :)
When your left hand spasms out of control in the middle of class, everyone is staring at you. One day you find yourself asleep in the middle of piano class, all of the sudden, your hand starts playing this piece. You take years of dedication and practice to finally add your right hand. You finally can play the piece through all the way but then you notice your right hand spasming from all of the practice, playing Korebinki.

Do you guys recommend Henle?
Thank you
I am using the IMSLP version for the copyright problems in RUclips. I think that this arrangement is from Brahms. Typically, most professional pianists use Henle edition. I also practice the piano with Henle edition for concert. Thank you!
Henle is plain unedited urtext. It's more suitable for advanced pianists, who know how to interpret the music by themselves.
@@PassionPno I agree, but the Henle is the only edition that has the Brahms Hungarian Dances piano transcriptions by Brahms hinself.
Incredible performance ! Bravo! And also a question, what is your piano ?
@@PassionPno Stephanie, you have the cutest profile picture 😂 it is lovely to see that the audience of Jeffree delves more into the cultural side of things, because his choice of chanel content is quite a far cry from this one. I hope you have a wonderful day, and be well! 🙏🏻🌠
I am from Hungary! Maximum respect! Beautiful! Gyönyörű és fantasztikus! :)
I'm having this played at my wedding . Both my parents came from Hungary , most of my relatives are there. This will be to honor them, since they can't attend and my parents who have passed .
My family came from Vas Megye and near Papa. I absolutely love going there to visit.
