does the toby spoon work for mackrell ?
Should work. Mackerel does not really care much about the colour. It should be something shiny. A combination of silver with blue/green/red works well! Cast your lure and reel it with some spin stops.
I really love Savage Gear Seeker ISP 102mm 28g NL 01-Green Silver lure. But it is not available in more heavy options, like 40 g
