- MANY men do these 5 things that make them look weak every single day, and it's not that they do it on purpose -- rather, it's that they had no idea that these things make them look weak from the point of view of other men and women.
These are things that many guys would call 'beta', or say they're things a 'beta male' or 'nice guy' would do, so if you're doing them, simply stop doing them, and you might just find that you become a far more attractive, high-value male in the eyes of women.

These are all symptoms of a bigger problem, trying to monitor these is like monitor how much you sneeze or cough when you have a cold. Videos like these are useless, you focus on the real problem which is self esteem and competence, not symptoms.

Being a weak man is caring whether or not people think you’re weak when you are doing what you need to do to heal yourself. Being weak is not admitting that men have emotions just like women and allowing other people to persuade you into believing you have to suppress those emotions. Being a weak man is not realizing that your masculinity (manhood) is not defined by a moment (or two) of weakness. Understand this: anyone (male or female) who takes advantage of you during moments of weakness is in fact the weak person. All men will experience weakness in life. How you respond to it is key. Manhood is defined by resilience.

I am always told that I have a strong personality and it intimidates people, but lately I have realized it not that I have such a strong personality, most other men just have weak personalities. We're living in a time where honesty and integrity are perceived as threats, sad.
I have a similar issue. I work with a lot of guys that treat work like a joke and I am a target because I am a strong worker and do not goof off. I lightly bumped into a co-worker, which is a minor thing. He complained to the supervisor, which was brought up to management and considered a physical altercation. Am I supposed to start complaining about the other "men" that work there to get my point acrossed? That is just not in my wheel house and I pay a large price for it, as now my job is in jeopardy. I can't even have a face to face conversation because I'll be seen as hostile and confrontational. Women have become more demanding and less feminine, but men have also become less masculine. I apologize for the ramble, just frustrated with the current state of afairs.

Depending on your confidence or whether you are stressed/depressed you can act both strong or weak. I have had periods in my life where i have felt confident, with a good sense of humour and calm talking, at other times i have talked too fast, been anxious and talked negative in general. Much depends on your mood or level of self esteem at the time. Consistency is the key and thats something i am working on

You can’t there’s no need to try (that desire was engrained in us before we could even think logically) but where logic comes in is how do we achieve that. So we use logic( tools, technology, systems) to fulfill that desire.

The one thing I´m guilty is to speak badly of other people. I just can´t stand when people hold others in high regard when they are actually trash. If someone is a decent person, then I will say so, but if someone asks me if someone is a nice person, but I know that he/she is difficult to work with, backstabbing or only superficial, then I´ll say it.

I had problem with my father for long time. I was weak around him, because of my childhood. It's like his words were always absolute. Now at age 24, I finally started to speak freely. We're arguing more and more... but at least now I'm not angry. I don't want to be like my father. I want to work hard to be better than him... better in my own eyes.

I didn't see that girl for half year, then we just met. Another half year later, I decided to stay friends with her. We share many similarities and she's really friendly and caring. I invited her to meet and we had a good long conversation. She also invited me a few times.
I cleared the situation with her and she said she may think about going out. Btw, she has INTP personality, has bad experiences with relationships and is insecure about herself... If she makes up her mind, we may go out, if not we'll just be friends.

Know what makes a guy look weak? Being preoccupied with looking weak. If a guy needs to be taught how to act like he's not weak, the battle is already over and all you're doing is grooming the field. There's an old kid's ploy where someone spits on the ground stating, "think yer strong? Pick That up!" and there is a kernel of truth in that. Real strength is measured in resourcefulness and resilience and not necessarily in dominance. Get a clue, my friend. Your kind of thinking is what has kept men walking in self-destructive and self-abasing circles for generations. BTW Off and on I work with a former sheriff's deputy who ate the book on Winning through intimidation and offense. This channel represents exactly how media sets different rules of how people are ”supposed” to appear (look, act) to fit in. This youtube channel shouldn’t exist. Real crap to be honest, people need to be able to appear just as they want without getting jugded by the society. What this channel does is exactly that - making up an ideal role model of how you (men in this case) are supposed to be, it can hurt people pretty bad.

Not talking bad about people behind their back to others can be hard to get over. I personally have someone unavoidable who severely annoys me and venting to others he also annoys was a way of dealing with it, but it definitely isn't a good look. It was probably okay at first, but the longer it goes on the more appears as grumbling and murmuring.
