- 我猜你应该没吃过吧。除非你是河婆客家人。不一定,我不是客家人。在三十年前的新年期间,到访过河婆客家人家,才吃过这传统美食。那一次,也是唯一的一次。直到现在,自己学做才有机会尝第二次。
为什么我会学做河婆菜粄?因为我意识到会做这款菜粄的人越来越少。而且传统美食需要传承。所有才拍成影片与大家分享。你也来学吧! 祝你好运。
I guess you haven't eaten it before. Unless you are from Hepo Hakka. Not necessarily, I am not a Hakka. About thirty years ago, during Lunar New Year's Day, I visited Hepo Hakka's home and eating this traditional delicacy. That was the only time. It is only now that I have learned how to do it myself and have the opportunity to taste it a second time.

Ingredients of filling: 18pcs/ 18件
肉碎 minced pork 150g
蒜苗 leek 4pcs
虾米干 dried shrimp 30g
五香豆腐 fried 5 spice tofu 1pc(160g)
小葱头 shallots 4pcs
Ingredients of dough:
粘米粉 rice flour 200g
木薯粉 tapioca flour 60g
热水 hot water 360ml
盐 salt 1/2 tsp
食用油 cooking 1 tsp

弄粄皮好利害!可是看视频一个粄皮捏那么久,就沒兴趣了!还是找个什么東西(工具)弄較省时省力!
是的,还没成精,的确很耗时。传统手艺,只能用手。看过有人用石球当工具。
這是河婆妇女传统的手艺, 很考耐性, 须要细心对家人的爱心表现👍
做十个也要半天时间了
可以试试看用石球,一下子就搓好一个。
