    擂茶通常会在农历初七,年初七也称为"人日" 准备的传统米饭。擂茶饭会配多种蔬菜、花生、豆腐、菜脯、虾米,还有擂茶汤配着一起吃。听说擂茶可以帮助消化,排毒。 如果没有食欲,吃擂茶也是不错的选择,而且对身体有很多好处。
    Hakka Lei Cha / thunder tea rice - Lei Cha is a traditional rice dish prepared during CNY Day 7. Lei cha normally is accompanied by many side dishes of vegetables, nuts, tofu, chai po and dried shrimps, together with tea soup. Heard that Lei cha is also good for digestion and detoxification. If you have no appetite to eat, eating Lei Cha is also a good choice and it has many health benefits.

    现在外面很难吃到材料-样的擂茶,不管了明年姐姐们回家乡要叫他们-起煮,擂茶要叫堂姐把祖先那个碗和很粗很粗的榀(现在很短了)交出来,反正她收了差不多十年又不用.让绐我们用-用家人深入-层可以曾加感情.

    傳统擂茶用ㄧ枝蕃石榴的粗枝做的木棍用檑茶的砵ˊ檑的花生薄荷茶叶,苦荔心,加入其他香草擂成细末加入开水冲ㄧ砵,这是傳统擂茶.蔬菜豆类虾米ㄧ般切细粒炒,好一碗碗,然後要吃入擂茶.饭.炒米之类。😊

    请问甜菜铺和咸菜铺炒之前需要泡在水里吗?

      可以,如果买的菜脯太咸或太甜。
      或者试了味道没有太咸或甜就不需要泡,因为其它菜没有炒太咸。

      因为他没有用-个祖先传下-代用的碗和先-代传下来的很粗很粗的番石榴棍把做擂茶的汤材料放在碗磨和擂几个小时.,所以说不是擂`菜,他说的材料全部材料都是对的,现在很先进了不用磨,用打果机就可以了.

      That is different type of mints, we called it English type , not from Asia. Ha ! Ha !
