    OpTic wasn’t founded on it being a business, it folded into that. But it’s foundation was a family, people that didn’t see it as a family but a cash cow made it die.

    Well I see why nadeshot left....damn. I remember back in 2012-2015 when you would catch a tournament stream and it be like faze vs nv and it would only have 20,000 viewers but then when it was optic vs any team the views would jump to over 100,000. There would be thousands of people screaming optic and filling up the entire stadium, now it feels like no one cares about the tournaments and just want optic to stay alive as a team all together.

Amanda has said the same thing, They bought OpTic and they are just all over the map with what direction OpTic should go and have no direction. Scump (Seth) and several others made it very clear they are not happy with the move and I suspect if their contracts expire they will go elsewhere.

    Hecz just left OpTic :/ and it's reasonable, ever since OpTic moved to texas, and left Chicago OpTic house, it became a downfall for OpTic brand, too bad it all turned out like that. I loved OpTic Gaming, but I love Green Wall more, Hecz, BigT, Hitch, Mboze, Maniac, Scumpy, Crim, Karma, I watched them daily, never missed a single upload of Hecz and BigT untill the texas moving, the vibe changed, I had no time to follow things anymore.. OG has the most incredible story to tell but the world goes fast and hecz himself has passed his limits. Young nade has created the next OG in his own manner, dodging all the bad moves OG made, the contents are now better, the company grows fast, the players win competitions, the hype is high for 100T, and it crushes even more OG i am afraid... i cannot imagine OG coming back sorry, with all the love and respect i have for OG, magic can t happend twice.

    Optic should have never expanded to get a CSGO team from India, not because Forsaken got caught cheating, but just because it didn’t make much sense. Should’ve invested more into a much more stable roster than the Danish one they had and the Indian one.

    Lesson of the day...
    When you create something organic/authentic/loved by fans, stay in touch with your demographic. I personally wouldn't say partnering with or signing with a bigger entity is always the bad move, it only becomes a trash once youre not tuned in to what's going on. To this moment I remember the great days back when I was a lil nutsack on the PS3 being a Stan for Optic and hating on Faze supporters lmao crazy how years after (now) i come across this video wondering how Optic is doing, shits CHANGED YO

    Just stumbled over this video again. I'm working in an international advertisement agency and with all the knowledge gathered in the last few months, through the agency and school, it's just sad, how mismanaged the brand of optic gaming was.
    AYou just took the whole family vibe, the "we stand together through tough times" and threw it out the window. Optic going international, with its teams, didn't make any sense at all. It goes against everything, what optic was build up to be.
    Just sad to see

    :( they gotta win champs man. Do it for Hector, content team, gears team, halo team, and greenwall. They played so bad in this event. They just gotta redeem themselves in win the big one cause man was this year the worst in terms of OpTic. I believe in them because what they showed this event wasn't them at all. I'm pretty sure the bootcamp really decreased their play style. They just gotta grind these two weeks because I think this champs anyone has a big shot at winning it.

    • @TOMMYLULU85
      @TOMMYLULU85 5 лет назад

      Yeah true but I just think OpTic needs to reset for these few weeks and play as a team. For this game, teamwork and teamshooting is key, you can't ego chall at all. They just gotta get it together cause I would at least see them go off in on a good note for this story cause boy OpTic is like a shonen anime.

Truth is hecz needs to leave and remake his own team and now that modern warfare is releasing maybe he really should. Woah, woah woah, slow down. During the WW2 season they didn't win a major. They won a major during the Black Ops 4 season, in December. They are going through a very rough patch right now. Despite having a team that on paper, should be destroying. Now this rough patch seems to be lasting a particularly long time. However, they are still a force to be reckoned with and in all honesty, all teams will be hit next year due to franchising, which will be interesting to see. Only then might we begin to see what could be described as a fall. But right now, it's premature. I will watch and enjoy the video nonetheless; as always it's likely that the Dexerto team will have something of interest to say, as is usually the case.
