the wheight is actually very simular from a 125 to a 250 four its just 7 kg diffrence, and honestly the reason "you" cant throw a four stroke around is probably because you have ridden 2 strokes more, its just a diffrent feel to the throttle nothing more. and yes ive tryed both 2 and 4 strokes..
keep on 2 strokin' ! thats how ALL motor bikes are supposed to be(: and btw didnt think it would look good on an RM, but that Monster sticker kicks ass lol
Anything done to the motor?? I feel like I can't stay on the pipe enough like that with mine.. then again I'm at 5000ft and I'm 220lbs before all the gear lmao. Great TWO STROKE riding!! Rare people can ride the smokers like that, we all know it's true, but those lazy thumper racers will never admit it!!!! Love these vids keep em comin!!
lol soo many Ricky Carmichael jokes.....the fact is this guy "Jon Witunsky" has proof he knows how to ride, and i bet he can keep up with ricky better than half the people who commented about his riding compared to ricky
You use what you want (I try to cnvert when u use feet) A foot is 0.3048 meter. ...Meter is the international unit . 10 meter is about 33 feet Do you know why Mars Climate Orbiter crashed ? Because US used sometimes international units, sometimes US units. US Scientists said... Now we only use international unit (meter, kilogramme)
actually I do not go through any top ends....stop hating...lol if your not on the pipe your not gonna win...but to answer your question..I have never blown up a bike ...and this bike is stroked out and built...no worries about the motor brudda
2 strokes are more fun for sure, 4 strokes bore the shit out of me but whatever ppl prefer to ride just let them ride I am sick of the stupid debate about it, it's pointless
I've been on every 450 that's out right now. Not surprised by anything about them: EXTREMELY forgiving and have such an excess of power and traction they can correct every mistake one makes, boring to ride and the racing that happens on them is subsequently boring because no one rides at the limit, fewer passing opportunities, fewer errors. I'm sure you're way to young to have even experienced the great racing that happened before it turned into tractor-cross. Keep your head in the sand kid
@DJMULLET118 If its an RM i had a 04 the clutch is a little snappy as in a little tap and its all it needs, for jumps i found to always to just stay on the brakes but lean back a lil, straights stay forward and shift like mad atleast what i did, hope i helped
I think it's funny that you say the "lazy thumper racers"... It's all 4 stroke now and I'd like to see you get on a 450 and say that! You'd be surprised how much they've come ahead since the first of their time. They pull just as much as a 2 stroke and you don't have to let off! LONG LIVE DIRT BIKES! PERIOD.
Bike is 20% pilot 80% This pilot is good , non professional, but a good pilot At 0:32 he jumps about than 20-24 meters. Not sure everyone here made such a jump. I jump 15-17 meters , need to climb 2-2.5 meters to do so. If the 20-24 meter is a double , not sure many here pilot can do it. Good pilot
What you said doesn't even make any logical sense. Sounds like you haven't raced with either machine. Riding a 250cc 2-stroke on the limit is a lost art that's finally making a comeback. Any squid can ride around a track quickly on a fucking 450 4-Fart.
A lost art that's making a comeback? What? You realize four strokes came first... And then two stroke, right? 250cc 2 stroke classes have always been around in the ama too.
Cams250 Young man. The two-stroke motorcycle began dominating motocross competition some 45+ years ago. Yes I know the history. A rule change by sanctioning bodies allowed Yamaha to put Doug Henry aboard a yz400 4t and the race was on for manufacturers to beat that bike. MX technique has changed dramatically since then. Yes riding a 2T at the limit takes skill. No most people haven't honed that skill lately for obvious aforementioned reasons. Now go learn to ride one. /THE END
Best bikes ever grew up on them had a Rm 80-125 and 250 now. had a quadracer 250 for a while. Now own a gsxr1000 along with the Rm250....LOVE SUZUKI!
Iv always ridden 4strokes but i'm gonna be picking one of these Rm250 at the end of this month can't wait.
no dislikes........awesome keep it clean for the 2-stroke!!!!
that back tire is rippin that dirt uppppp
I love these types of videos of raw clip videos, with no music, editing or nothing. Thanks so much for posting this, sooo sick. Nice riding
Outstanding!!!
He is beating on that throttle like a redheaded step child.. Long live the two strokes!
i love the sound and torque of the 4 strokes but a 250 2 stroke is just a beautiful machine.
I myself ride a 4 stroke but i have great respect for 2 stroke bikes and 2 stroke bike riders great riding!

2 strokes separate the men from the boys.

the track is in conn CTMX is the name...
and thank you..I do not race much..only been riding a few years..but have won 2 vet amature championships
Good Job! I've never been able to take the jumps right with a two stroke....it's go hard or go home!
@urborn2die hahaha! JON! yeah man, I hate that i haven't been traveling much.. how's the shoulder?? are you guys heading south in the winter again?

you talk sense mate, alot of people think smokers are easy to ride. I love em :o)
that sound man... makes me shake and get goose bumbs :$
nothing like the sound of a 2 stroke ripping shit up!
the wheight is actually very simular from a 125 to a 250 four its just 7 kg diffrence, and honestly the reason "you" cant throw a four stroke around is probably because you have ridden 2 strokes more, its just a diffrent feel to the throttle nothing more. and yes ive tryed both 2 and 4 strokes..

Would you get this bike as an 18 year old first timer?
the 4 dislikes are peoplo who ride 4 strokes and just got beat by a 2 stroke
That's pretty sick...
i like that gear
@DJMULLET118 If its an RM i had a 04 the clutch is a little snappy as in a little tap and its all it needs, for jumps i found to always to just stay on the brakes but lean back a lil, straights stay forward and shift like mad atleast what i did, hope i helped

Damn that guy is fast 👍
John was not a bad rider at all.

my RM250 has same graphics as his. :D
not anyone can ride a bike but honestly if you manage a 4 stroke converting to a 2 stroke is not hard at all.. i did the opposite though
👍 🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼
Two smoke!
