Lydgate Park Pools - Wailua Bay

A lesser known attraction in Kauai along the eastern coast is the Legate Park Pools, which are ocean pools that are mostly barricaded from the waves.
During my visit, the ocean and weather was rather treacherous, but I could see this being a great spot to swim in some saltwater without the risk of sharks, rip currents, etc.
It's found behind the Hilton Garden Inn.
