    What a functional, yet deep invitation to walk mindfully. I feel unease when i am walking violently and mindlessly. So helpful to hear to hear it expressed so eloquently by such wise teacher. 🙏

    " you walk like a gangster" 😂 what a wonderful example of how monks and nuns are also human. Their practice and commitment only brings out their deeper nature.

    I’m going to search but I hope there is a book of the beautifully honest things children say we can learn so much at times they are also quite comical and the laughter is healing
