Thanks for your lovely words. I would recommend that every photographer needs to use such a camera (full of limitations) in order to boost their creativity.
Beautiful video with wonderful work from some phenomenal photographers. I am especially enamored with Michael Kenna's Holga images and would really love to own a book of his, but they're only available used at a very hefty price. I have been using and enjoying Holgas for nearly two decades and have made some of my favourite images with them. I have many different models, including their pinhole, glass cameras, and even TLR-style models, but my favourite is the classic Holga N.
Thank you very much for your comment! I didn‘t know that the price for Kennas book is so high now. I bought it very early. The Holgas really have a special character and are capable of creating magic 💫 I can easily understand that your favourite images are made with a Holga. We gotta keep shooting with it 😊
😆 You‘ve got a point. I own serveral camera systems, also expensive ones. It just depends on the look you want to create and more importantly the shooting experience you want to have. Unfortunaltey some less quality systems tend to die faster or the lenses are glued/stuck at a certain aperture. However, one should only spend so much that he could buy it twice. Speaking of the Holga, it never failed me even though it fell to the ground and I used it quite often. So this would be a great investment.
This proves it ain't the camera; it's the photographers/artists with a vision.
Absolutely true 💯
Nice video! I love this camera!!!
🙌Great images, thx for sharing
Glad you enjoyed the video 😊
Thanks so much for making and posting this video and emphasizing the remarkable images this plastic camera takes.

Thank you for this, the images are gorgeous. 😊
Glad you like them. Thanks for letting me know 😊
Just aquired a Halina-Prefect in perfect order and will begin shooting 120 roll film tomorrow.
That looks like an interesting camera with „Holga-like“ results. Very nice! Have fun with it 😊
This is why I’ll never take out a mortgage on a high end camera setup
