I love this guy's!!! No one is putting out this important content. Bravo!!!! Well earned sub!!
This is so right, if I am sick or injured etc I completely skip everything and get into rest mode and I end up relearning skills and getting into shape again. We gotta work with whatever we can work at those periods.
Is Julian alright? His videos are my favorite, but I haven't seen him in a while.
In the last competition I took my sholulder out of the place and passed through surgery. Still recovering, waiting for coming back
Happy Christmas Eve, I hope you have a blessed day today 💛
if you switch between right and left during the fight.. you must say "ah but im not left handed" (or which ever hand youre switching from)
Awesome. Greetings from Brazil o7
The seated drill could also be perfect for practicing the third and fourth plays of Fiore's bastoncello.
Inspiring!
are you a duo of comics? 🤣
Switching hands in training is not advised, because you confuse your muscle memory. This is something an advanced practitioner should do.
