The reason the exhaust goes over to the left side of the truck is to not puke sooth and the exhaust noise on the sidewalk. swedish enginuity and thoughtfulness right there
You'll need way more length than that. Most of straight piped trucks in Europe have almost 36feet (11m) exhaust under the chassis. Than you will get that typical Scania V8 sound
Looks like the Lydden with your new Scania on is making a stop at Zeebrugge, where ut will probably be offloading some Scania,s to come to the UK, as they Ship em from Zeebrugge to Immingham in the UK ( I used to deliver them off the dock at Immingham to the UK dealers, ) I could see the Lydden probably making another stop on the south coast before sailing ⛵️ over the pond to yourselves and then the fun begins Bruce 👌 showing them truckers over there what they're missing out on 😮
Nice! I love that we got the ship info and got to see it ride up the ramp and onto the car carrier! (Yes, these ships are called that, even if they also haul trucks, farm equipment and heavy construction machinery) So I am a bit excited to see it on US roads and when it is at FCR Salvage next to the Scania you are working on here.
I’m in New Jersey, I can pick it up and deliver it to you. Baltimore is close by, Only 3 hours 20 minutes or so. I Cant wait for the Scania content. LETS GO.
lol. Bruce have to signed all the in import documents once it hit the dock in US. There are a ton of documentations/paperwork that follows before it can be driven on US roads.
Here in europe we like to make extra length exhaust so it would be extra loud.. Your pipe whas pritty short to make a lot of noice. I also heard that a T corner would be good for sound. Worth a try i think 😉
Funny to see the old Scanias over there, they are all over the place here in Sweden so. The old ones mostly just rot away until they are not roadworthy anymore
Deffo more Scania content Bruce 👌 You seemed to be puffing a bit there in the video Bruce 🤔 😂 The guy above who mentioned calling the Black one the undertaker 👍👌 bang on great name, With the exhaust as it is now she will really bark when she's got a load on her, so looking forward to the next video on her ( don't be too long with that next video Bruce 👌 ) Also the shop looked tidy so someone's been busy 😂 Keep up the great work 👍
you need longer pipe to get the right sound. should just have rammed a pipe trough the original exhaust. this way it would still look original and you would have the mounts for side and top plate. personally i would have ran the pipe all way to the other side and come out infront of the rear wheel. this way it have some pipe length to make the resonate sound.
Americans trying to modify Scania's are the most funniest thing i've seen in a while 😂. To be honest i prefer when the pipe comes out of the driver side, try to play around with some turns and variable diameters of the pipe, it wil sound way better.
The only thing that Bruce is really good at and always brings to a completion is wrecking and burning stuff, and when he’s done the sh!t is either FUBAR or ashes! The guy is a menace, but people seem to like it, right?
short pipe dont make good noice, you must make the pipe to the end of the chassis and bend back to the front and return back and make a corner so you end up right in front of the rear tyre... then.... you will be able to have a good sound. this short pipe... not at all
Yes please more Scania content.
you have to be more specific bruce is a scania fleet owner now
I'm happy to see Scania is on the way over the pond! Scania are and will always be The King of the Road!!!
The reason the exhaust goes over to the left side of the truck is to not puke sooth and the exhaust noise on the sidewalk. swedish enginuity and thoughtfulness right there
It’s not just in Sweden that the exhaust outlet must be away from the sidewalk, this rule applies allover Europe.
What about the countries that drive on the opposite side of the road? That puts the left side as curbside.
@@davelev611 for the countries in the world that drive on the left there will be a a different exhaust/muffler with the opening to the right.
this way it wil never ever sound good it needs way more pipe but this has been said over and over already 😢
@@hereintranzit Rule doesn't apply for never trucks anymore, no soot coming through emissions boxes anyway.
You'll need way more length than that. Most of straight piped trucks in Europe have almost 36feet (11m) exhaust under the chassis. Than you will get that typical Scania V8 sound
No that will sound like a straight piped Volvo. Scania v8 sounds best with just a straight pipe and no fucking bends and long pipes under the truck.
@@eggsyninjagrape1734 na a couple of 90's sound best, i hate the whole tin can sh*t but a couple of 90's gives it a smooth rumble
@@eggsyninjagrape1734 nope not at all.. the longer the pipe the more 90° the better the sound
@@Joel.V. Sounds like a Volvo

Just left he UK, currently on the south coast
It's so nice to see your Scania CabOver is on the way to the US. The second Scania in the US is wow
All the way here watching from manila.
Nice to see the scania getting some love!
You should use the nice interior from the white one in the black 👌
The longer you make the exhaust the better they sound on the scania bud you want to put turns on it 90s and 180s long pipe big rumble
Sounds like ass, just a straight pipe from the turbo thats the true Scania sound. With more bends and pipe it sounds like a straight piped volvo.
Yep ask Trucker Tim!
@@tompirozek4490 Who??
@@janvanrenselaar5998 Trucker Tim
I saw a 74 plate 770s Bull nose scania yesterday in a beautiful metallic red chrome wheels and stacks
Love the Scania content Bruce
Hi from across the pond Bruce bout time u got a proper truck back on the channel 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Nice! I love that we got the ship info and got to see it ride up the ramp and onto the car carrier! (Yes, these ships are called that, even if they also haul trucks, farm equipment and heavy construction machinery)
So I am a bit excited to see it on US roads and when it is at FCR Salvage next to the Scania you are working on here.
No those ships are called vehicle carrier. They don't only transport cars. They transport all kind of vehicles and machines.
The general term for this kind of ships are Ro-Ro (Roll on - Roll off) ships. They carry anything on wheels ...plus some more....all over the world.
I’m in New Jersey, I can pick it up and deliver it to you. Baltimore is close by, Only 3 hours 20 minutes or so. I Cant wait for the Scania content. LETS GO.

Yes keep the Scania video's commin' !
Saw a Scania on the I10 in Arizona today, bob tailing - looked brand new
Love how it says biltema on the gas strut for the hood 😂👌
For the ultimate v8 sound you need to place more meters of pipe underneath the scania. This creates more sound.
Yes, big long boa
Here in europe we like to make extra length exhaust so it would be extra loud.. Your pipe whas pritty short to make a lot of noice. I also heard that a T corner would be good for sound. Worth a try i think 😉
Keep doing what you are doing Bruce 🤙🏼
Never have I been more interested in a random European semi truck.
Well....that "random European semi truck" is number one worldwide ....except in USA and Canada ....where they are taxed out of the marked.
Scania, Scania, Scania, Scania!
Black scania needs be called The Dark knight ❤
Funny to see the old Scanias over there, they are all over the place here in Sweden so.
The old ones mostly just rot away until they are not roadworthy anymore
Come on Bruce next video we the viewers want a hour of power ❤
Bruce, you'll be comig into my neck of the woods, I use to haul containers out of there in my younger yrs lol, can't wait to see it when it come in!
Sounds great, Bruce!
Bruce: right hand on air horn
Also Bruce: surprised to hear the air after he cuts the air line to said air horn
The exaust is pretty cool but you should add another same looking exhaust on the otherside!
Deffo more Scania content Bruce 👌
You seemed to be puffing a bit there in the video Bruce 🤔 😂

black scana should be named Undertaker, tint the windows Black lug Covers ....more American semi truck content 👌
You should powder coat the new exhaust to clean up the look😎🤙
Yes more Scania content
Great to see a return of Scania stuff!
Cool.truck bruce.nice color
Hey Bruce how are you doing today on this beautiful day and I like the watching your RUclips videos and I seeing scaina
Should call the black one redemption to make up for wrecking the other 2 haha ❤🇺🇸
Sweet...more Scania content!
Lydden is still in Zeebrugge Belgium so unless it gets a move on might be a bit tight on the delivery date.
HOLY H*^!! Did you hear that LYDDEN hit something and has been sinking over the past hour?? That sucks!!
the longer the pipe, the nicer and crisper the sound. they usually put a 25-30 meter pipe under it in the Netherlands.
Yep and this sounds like shit , the real v8 sound is straight piped not with Hundred of bends under the truck
Best name for your Scania is "RAGNAR" 😎 isn t it.👍
I'm surprised you haven't stuck twin stacks on it yet
you need longer pipe to get the right sound.

Let’s finish a scania completely
yellow white blue Scania rolling on I 10 .
And alot of people do not know Volvo makes Scania semi truck's it's there top of the line tractor..!!😊❤❤
That's not true
My muffler bearings have been the biggest pain my whole life. I switched it out for four speed floor mats
Americans trying to modify Scania's are the most funniest thing i've seen in a while 😂. To be honest i prefer when the pipe comes out of the driver side, try to play around with some turns and variable diameters of the pipe, it wil sound way better.
Yeah more Scania Content please
Bruce Scania, they have to be long exhaust pipe on to get the best sound 😎👍🏻🇸🇪
According to Martime Traffic, MV Lydden is docked in Zeebrugge harbour for unloading/loading of vehicles (14th Nov 13:30 CET).
That was a awesome video 👍
So many vehicles you have purchase put I have seen any complete project
Pls show us something which is know completes

The guy is a menace, but people seem to like it, right?
I want to see some more Scania content
Be sweet to take the black scania to go get the new one
you need to build the pipe as long as you can, for the better crackle sound. now it is just a short pipe out from the engine.
I wanna see more Scania content because I miss my old Scania 😭😭
Love the black scania
You need too get over 13 foot of 5 or 6 inch pipe plumbed in to that exhaust to get the best sound out of it
Great video
Hell yeahhh !!!!
Put a few bends and twists in the pipe for the famous scania crackle get a bigger turbo and the injectors and it will be mint 👌
More Scania content!!! 🇸🇪
Il faut de la longueur pour le tube d'echappement sinon ca ne fait pas un beau bruit .....12 m et ça claque fort !!!.👍👍

You need to make the pipe longer for a deep v8 sound
I am so excited for it to land in the USA for you
Try some stacks. You need more pipe as wel
Yes, more Scania content
As a tech who's working on Scania's for 30 years, this is truly the worst design for that muffler type
MAGNUS the King of the Road.......temporarily King on the Ocean, haha
you need long pipes like 10m long pipes to make it sound good
You should put some stacks on that thing
More scania!
More Scania Content!
More cab over content!
Less dog house content!
Ive noticed that with the new content I see less haters has the community changed a bit ?
Hello Bruce , you need to have a longer exhaustpipe with some bend’s to get the best sound 💨✌️
Bruce you should spray the black scania in to blue
Yes ,more scania content .
But that convention sounds interesting to know what is happening in the transportation business in the USA.
I'd love to drive a scania
Scania time baby ❤❤❤❤
I’m in the us. If I wanted to use a Scania as an o/o what are the laws and regs I have to worry about?
That airhorns have only one cable: an airline. If you cut that, it will leak air.....
Not a container ship.
It's a RORO ship.
Roll on Roll off.
More scania work please
Can you do a video with the tratter taxi
He sold it a few months back
It’s gone brother 🥲
Put on stacks on it

What's happend to the white Scania?
Put dual exhaust out the back of the brand new scania
You should really call that truck black bird.
Yuck! Bruce is now working on space shuttles
You do have metric pipes right?
Could you not take the exhaust from under your first scania as that's what fitted in Europe great scania content more please .
