Just want to say thanks for having this up so long. This is my favorite piece of writing for battery. I've been watching this since at least 2010. Thanks!
I simply love the cadet's style, and their cadence is really something that reflect their spirit. Love those tight fast runs, and aggressive latinrythms which makes the classic rythm on 2 and 4 a bit more fun to listen. They have a certain style you can only dream to have in your drumline. I certainly dreaming of playing there, unfortunately there is a lot excuses for me to not joining. I simply admire the Cadets. - Cadets are the best.
i got passed the first round of auditions on snare =) but i love this cadence. and its clean for how long they actually work on it. they dont practice this like at all... they have a show to clean. colin doesnt want to worry about a cadence when he has show music
The stoic precision and incredible stick work is something I really, REALLY miss in today's drum lines. So glad to see this.
Sure miss the days when drumlines were militant rather than ballet dancers
When dci was dci and not wearing rainbow yoga pants and sleeves with halter tops and glitter
Excellent drum line reminds me of old school drum corps
