I've only won once, on my own. I did almost nothing. I think I shot one person trying to catch up to the zone. I didn't kill him, the zone did

I won 0 kill chicken dinner achievement in solo rank push in Nusa in Ace master tier when two enemies teamed up but fortunately I had the zone advantage.

Usually heal battles takes place in these kind of situations
I mean, you can run up or down the stairs while continuously consuming health regens. I don't play a lot of PUBG so Idk if your character stays still or moves slower whenever they heal, but even that shouldn't make a difference as you can still continuously consume health until you're on top. If your character stays still while applying the bandage you can run half way up the stairs, regen and then run up to the top.
Never stand right next to each other near the end of a game lol. I've both learned the hard way, and also taught people the hard way. A solo guy can most definitely wipe a team if the team isn't playing smart and communicating
Depends on the game. In Apex it's often better to be closer together if you have revive abilities or defensive abilities.

Being the last survivor reminds me of Ace of Spaces the zombie mode (when it was still new and good). I hid inside a pillar and was the last survivor to be found. It took them so long it was hilarious. All I could hear *all around me* were the sounds of zombies digging. There were a lot funny moments like that.
Probably had many panic attacks as the sound would get really close before moving away too 😂

As someone who has used the Gille suit at the end of the game against a bunch of stupid ai this is so true cause at the end of the match a supply drop dropped one and I just happened to have a sniper at the time so I sat with with it as the circle closed in and sniped the last three ai with the Gille suit so I can confirm this is accurate
