@@Dnm_locs You’re welcome 🥰
I wish I could eat 4 eggs! But I do eat 2 eggs and the rest egg whites because of my cholesterol.
The impact of our diet on our overall body is so important!! This video deserves more likes and views!!

Hello gorgeous lady with the gorgeous hair new Subby here! Once I stop paying attention to my length and all I do is shampoo it and only oil on the days I shampoo, which is once every two months. And take vitamins daily.
Once hair gets past shoulder length growth took off now I’m almost at hip length which took about 3 to 4 years and I’m gonna have to cut them. It’s just too much.
Love how the video is parted
@@nikrae4925 thank you! 🫶🏾

@@kpark2024 I know right!!! I feel like everyone wants a miracle product but the “miracle product” is literally eating right and taking care of your body… but no one wants to hear that 😭
Nutrition for sure! I’d add exercise to this.

Very insightful..I think alot of people forget the nutrition side .

Thank you! 🫶🏾 and I’ll deff have to take look into selium
Hey lady! I’m commenting on all of your socials lol. I *think* I have seb derm, but I haven’t been diagnosed officially. I don’t have flakes but my scalp gets extremely itchy when I use hair products. I got my hair retwisted last week and had to wash it the next day due to the itching. I use medicated shampoo but that’s a bandaid. You have me wondering if it could be diet related too…
Definitely get it checked out. When I went to the doc and he told me it was due to my sugar intake I was so shocked but once I stopped eating as much sugar my flakes and inflammation definitely calmed down.
Your locs are beautiful ❤️
How many locs do you have ✨
@@friendssisters4lifers thank you! 🫶🏾I have 122 ☺️
Hey what about taking 2 teaspoons of EVOO(Extra Virgin Olive Oil) daily?
@@teesogrimey6457 haven’t tried, it but I’ll deff look into it ☺️
