The Receipe are so Divine!!! And Beautiful! I am vegan vegetarian ! so is it possible to change beef to something else with out it changing the taste! Plz continue to show exactly what you do in detail!! I am actually learning to cook by watching! If it was just the Receipe I would not know how to proceed! iTunes are wonderful! I love the classical music!! I relax while trying to learn to cook!! My Mother was quite critical of my cooking efforts, so I appreciate the relaxed mode! You should add oil to water whenever you cook your pasta ,that way it will not stick together. Also keep your extra pasta water hot before adding it to your dish

Great recipe but could you chop or dice in advance? There's no need to waste watcher's time as this takes waaaay too long. Same with the carrots the capsicum, the tomatoes & the parsley. Just a waste of time.
