We all know how to chop onions, celery, and all vegetables but I believe you could shorten these things and also could you show you while you cook? I also love your soothing voice. I am getting a little leery of all these recipes on u tube quoting 2 ingredients and then it ends up needing 5 or more,and a much more time consuming .just be honest say "5 or 6 ingredients and 1/2 hr or more to fix

If you leave the root end of the onion attached while chopping, it’s easier as the layers won’t separate and you can chop more of the onion without waste. While I enjoy your recipes, I fast forward through all the chopping of each single ingredient added. Just a quick example of how you recommend each ingredient to look after the initial ingredient is cut is sufficient for most of us to move on from. Several minutes of stirring to watch to combine is also a lot to ask of your viewers. Not being critical, but just notes to tighten up your videos to a reasonable length.

Looks delicious but I decided to stop watching everything being cut up and decided just to get to the recipe in the transcript transcript. It's such a waste of time watching everything being tediously cut up into tiny pieces !!
