Okay, so I know Adobe aren’t the only ones guilty of this, but this is the kind of thing that really frustrates me about software suites. You’ve got two programs in the same suite that share many of the same tools but for no apparent reason they’ll just leave a random option out of one of them. The fact that you can reproduce the same effect with a workaround shows it’s not that hard - so why isn’t it just there?! Who thought “I know, we’ll reproduce this entire tool in both pieces of software, we’ll even make it look and work the same, but we’ll just leave out that one key element of it just to confuse and frustrate everyone!”?!
