Even just hearing the menu *beeps* and *bops* has me so nostalgic, but I definitely gave to agree about 5PM. One if the vest tracks in the series, and I'll also add in that some of the GCN themes were catchy or relaxing in the best ways!
I've had this game for two decades, but only actually saw the Harvest Festival event for the first time a few days ago. I love this guy's dialogue so much, the original AC has a subtle edge to its writing that I'll always absolutely adore.
I got to play this version of the event as well, and it was a lot of fun! I enjoyed it a lot more than the Halloween event which just ticked me off at the end. 🤣😛
I did the Harvest Festival in New Leaf. It was almost a fail for me as i coudnt find ingredients for the second soup Franklin was going to make. I did manage to get everything for the fruit salad he was going to make, and in return as a reward, I got a fruit basket.
I played the Harvest Festival in New Leaf this year, I just love the music & the overall cozy atmosphere with my villagers :) I'll play Toy Day in New Leaf, too♡♡
You know something that's weird about your GameCube town, Jeff? It's that the majority of your villagers like Tom, Baabara and Ursala never leave a letter saying that they moved away or move out like at all. If you can, can you explain what the reason is?
I don't know why, but 13 of my 15 villagers seem to be permanent. They've been around at least since 2008 (when I stopped traveling by train), and most of them have been around longer than that. The GameCube game works in mysterious ways. 😆
I guess we aren't gonna acknowledge the *golden shovel* that fell out of the tree when he accidentally shook it, is this.. how you bury them in this game?
Yes, all of the golden trees were created by burying a shovel in the daily glowing spot. They turn into golden shovels that stay in the tree until you shake them down. I just didn't have a need for that many golden shovels of course, so I've just avoided shaking those trees (unless it was by accident, like this one).
It’s today ? Damn it just arrived home from an entire week of vacations, currently busy playing in one phone Animal Crossing Pocket Camp, Goddess of Victory: Nikke in another phone and Blue Archive in another phone 😅

Yeah, Halloween is definitely more frustrating. But it can also be more profitable.

I use an Elgato Game Capture HD, which is an older model. I think the newer models don't have component/composite inputs.

It’s also crazy they put a digging spot behind a building and it’s hard to see it exactly
In the GameCube game, they sometimes have treasure hunts where a villager will post on the bulletin board that they buried an item somewhere.
