He got cast in the 'Friends' spinoff 'Joey' after this. If that had run for 7 seasons Paulo would be a multi-multi millionaire. Either way, the dude had at least 1 role that people think stands out. He was awesome in this movie.
It's a movie about gay men struggling to express, and conceal, their homosexual tendencies and desires. The characters are doped up, drunk, or flamboyantly dressed, they get off by watching "boner" movies together (Stifflers character is so excited, because he's ready for a circle jerk with the boys), but their homosexual eroticism is tinged with anti-black bigotry. This film was made by the guy who made Joker. He can't make light hearted films. Once you look past the veneer, you'll see the disturbing truth. The original script had them engaging in an orgiastic expression of physical fulfilment on the bus, but thereafter they engage in a suicide pact because the straight guy, who they hate, Kyle, filmed it all to get revenge for the way they treated him. He threatens to reveal it. It was supposed to lead to a movie called Road Trip 2: Yearning for Help. But the studio canned that film. Too dark.
Rubin was the best part of this movie. It was like Daria was supposed to be in college.
I love how u compared Rubin to daria 🤣
9:05 yo designated survivor
One of my favorite stoner characters in movies. Chill stoner guy and just wants to chill and smoke weed, but still relevant througout the movie
one of the few representative stoners in media who wasn't just a giggling idiot too
Kids before we had FB, Twitch, and YT,, some people made vhs videos and sent them to their darling sweet heart.
Mailing video tapes to girlfriend before the age of social media really shows the age of this movie.
I love Paulo Costanzo lol. thank you for posting all of his scenes. I love it.
The craziest crossover would be if American pie and this movie would clash
best movie ever
7:26 finally a pretty realistic car jump scene. And the first time I've seen a Ford Taurus in probably 10+ years😄
He was the brains of the group
It's just the wheels,, BOOOOOOOMMM !!!!

I'm surprised that Paulo Costanzo's career didn't take off after this role.
