Authorities from Mexico’s Baja California state confirm there is a 'high degree of probability' that remains found in a remote location are those of Perth brothers Callum and Jake Robinson. Since the brothers and US citizen Jack Carter Rhoad were reported missing on a surfing trip, three people have been arrested on charges equivalent to kidnapping
