When I get to the equation at time 9:53, my equation =Sheet3!$CK2:INDEX(Sheet3!$CK2:$CK$51,COUNTIF(Sheet3!$CK2:CK51,"?*")) gives me a list, but each value is in a separate cell. When I try and reference it, then, it doesn't show any values but the first value. What am I doing wrong?
I need this feature in a montly sheet and every day I need a system like this. How can I avoid to create an helper table for each day and do that dynamically instead?

I also want to include an independent table and a textbox inside the first worksheet “ Departments” that data can be entered manually for the 30 different departments. How do I do this with VBA or is there another way to do this?

How can you have the cells accept only what is in the data validation only? What I am referring to is, if you type a word in the cell and don't use the drop down list then that word will remain in the cell even if it doesn't match the validation list. How can that be avoided, how can you not leave a partial or other word that is not in the data validation list?I hope that is clear

You used "?*" in the formula to count the characters. So, ? is used for character and if we want to search the numbers - what criteria should we use ?
