Its like, I have to select a week from my dropdown list which will show up 3 previous years value of that same week in my chart (Example: If i select wk 24, the data should pop up in my chart is wk 24-2019, wk 24-2020 & wk 24-2021)but problem is, when i select a wk, its either shows wk data of yr 21 or 22/yr 19 or 22 something like that, not all 3 yr together. How to solve it.??
Hi Chandoo, Thank you for this video, it is simple to follow. I used the formula but I keep getting a "0" at the end of my list and I think it's due to the blank cells before and after. What I would like to do is make the column dynamic for added values below rather than changing an already existing cell- Are you able to help?

What is that nominclature of "(customers[education])"? I want to make my data range be a whole column on another tab where a whole spreadsheet is loaded onto that tab and I need to make the same data validation process but how do I sort unique a column of data? I get an error when I try to select the column as the source =tabname!$C;$C (which is the nominclature when I select the Source as the whole column).
You can set up your data in an Excel table and then use the structured reference, like I have shown. Paste your data, then select any cell, press CTRL+T to make a table. From there, you can use the steps in the video.
A drop-down list with 10 names. in line 1 choose name number 1, in line 2 do not show name number 1 because it was selected before. continue like that until the end. can this be done?
