It is kinda of wild that he bought a Porygon from Team Rocket's casino, basically a exemple on screen from Pokemon trafficing, even if Blue don't know about it
what I also like are the Parallels between Blue and Red's team, and the reason given for these parallels. Like Red going to Mt.Silver? cause there's a hot spring there that would heal his wounds from the ice shackles Lorelei put on him, but because of the difficulty- He was Given Charizard and Blasty from Blue and Green... which is the reason you find him on Mt.Silver WITH all 3 starters. The reason Blue has a Gyarados? that's because that's the pokemon Red traded FOR Charizard.

Best boy is here! I love how the first pokemon for Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, and some of the other Dex holders weren't starters. Having a Scyther for a starter is so freaking cool
Truth be told, it's cause of reading the manga that:
1.) Unlike the Main PokeAnime, I realized how much Machamps can be actual threats which is why Green/Blue's Machamp is MY Fave of its species🥊
The 1st Machamp in the anime I saw was a threat was Bea's...and that was like AFTER 8 Generations
2.) One of the reasons for MY Interest in The ENTIRE Rhyhorn Line (which is why unlike so many, I actually Like Rhyperior AND its Signature Move, Rock Wrecker)🌏🪨 AND BOTH Evos of Scyther🪲
3.) Had fun in raising Porygon⚪
4.) His Charizard is MY #3 Fave Charizard of all AND One of the reasons why I think Green/Blue Oak's "Canon" Starter in games should be Charmander🔥
I ALSO think Green/Blue's Team have the potential to give even The Strongest known Trainers a challenge just like His counterparts including those who are Champions...just that of course the movesets could use some fixing(...Actually come to think of it that does give a good idea for A Topic. I mean other people did for Ash's Mons, so why not...🤔)
i fully agree with you on no.3 I really think that either charizard or blastoise should be the rival's canon starter. But i just like bulbasaur better out of the 3 regardless lmaoo

I get it why people usually refer to him as Blue but I think the name Green fits the manga version of the best. Like Red the character who is usually shown to have Charizard has a Venusaur while Green has a Charizard instead of Blastoise.

I should mention all normal type moves in gen 1 was physical so it's not uncommon to run because if you ko a mon you don't have to recharge gen 1 rules

Blue's team is my third favorite team in the manga.
Second is Black and First is X.
Red is fourth and Gold is fifth honestly all five of these teams care about some of my favorite Pokemon and some Pokemon I learned to love. For example Pinsir and Galvantula
Who is X? I’ve heard that he’s been able to mega evolve his whole team
X is a dex holder from kalos he mega evolved his entire team but only because he used other peoples mega rings it was extremely difficult on his mental though
