This is the information I didn’t know I needed. Holy shit.
So basically if you’re just making a sweet street car under 500whp stick with stock? 😂

S1 cams are good for what you're doing. Which valve spring?

What about an NA 2JZGE build. What cams would you recommend revving to 7500rpm?

If i go with gs1,isnt it just better to stick with their springs and retainers.. or is there a good mix combo with the gs1? Want to keep it non interference. Stock gte long blong

So.. people who want to just toss a BC 264 Intake and Exhaust cam in a stock 2jz-ge won’t yield much benefit? 🤔

    • @headgames

in a bone stock car? It would lose power not gain.

@@headgames that is exactly what I was wondering! From the website it said they are just drop in cams but I always thought a tune or some added power need to be put in to benefit from them.

@@Andres-300 when they say "drop in" it means that you don't need to use a valve spring or anything mechanical to install. But, you would need to do a tune. But, its simply too much duration for a stock engine with stock turbos.

@@headgames what type of cam would I be looking for for a car that would be N/A for the first bit of its life trying to push around 250hp but later down the road go single turbo looking to push about 450-500? I was thinking a bc 264 but I’m not sure now. I’m still pretty new to the car scene and would love recommendations
