Also, my great friend Philippe is around so we could make a common update and share a couple of moments with you all, hope you like.

You guys are a hoot, and very entertaining😂😂😂😂😂😂. I noticed Tom at 'Hilltop Machine Works' had purchased a set of the Banggood cobalt drills that I had seen reviewed on you channel. Remember about those drills, they're excellent for the price we paid, this is the kinda tools I keep looking for, great qua;ity at a price a hobbyist or a small shop can afford. Nice to hear someone that confirms what I found is also good for them...

Philippe and I are trying to plan a round tour of shops, can't say when since life isn't planning exactly the same as we do, let's stay optimistic, though....

That’s awesome Pierre! I’m still blown away by the variable pulley drive you showed recently, been trying to find where to buy one, but it looks like instead I will need to make one!
Looks like the pulley we've shown was made in house by the previous owner of the band saw, not that difficult to make if being properly equiped.
Let me know if you need to see something else before it goes back on the saw.

it did have some appearance of handmade on it, and all my searching for it has been in vain so far!

Hi Ray, looks like Philippe got in his mind to dismantle my milling machine, anyway there is some maintenance to be performed in the speed reducing stage between the main drive and the back gear section, might as well do all in one operation...

You two are hilarious! Good to hear from you again, hopefully Robert is having fun in the States. Congratulations on the almost 10k subs, you definitely deserve it. Learned a lot of cool stuff and gotten some good ideas from your videos.
Just watched Randy's video before yours, we're all thinking of him and his wife. You're right, life gets real at times like this when your home is threatened - our neighbor's son's family lost their home in Fort McMurray a couple years ago. I think we're all watching and waiting, hoping for good news for Randy.
Hi Everett, Robert is spending some time in the US working for his company, unfortunatly he's not here very often so we could meet on a regular basis as usual, but, hopefully this Fall he's back for good...
Those huge fires are devastating for homes and people that get caught near them, my wife and I got good memories at Randy's home since we spent some time with them in the last 2 years, hope the best for them two...

WOW 10000 subscriptions actually i think it should be quite abit more, most of the meat and potatoes are explained in such a way that is easy for me to grasp !!! The Third Monkey Was Spotted And Was Described As The North End Of A South Bound Mule But Remember He Did Get To Meet Abom

I assume it was Lynchburg Tennessee you was talking about. A big thumbs up from a Norwegian living in China for your videos Pierre. Let me know if I can help you get some of the quality stuff that are available here localy. By the way, I know allready that assumption is the mother of all fuckups.
Yes, it's Tennessee, where they make the famous "Jack Daniels" Whiskey, BTW, seems like there is a law in that particular state that says they're not allowed to serve liquor in public places, so, it makes it that you can't even taste the products when you visit the factory...!!!
I'd be curious to know what is localy available over there as far as quality and what kinda prices, last time I remember of China is 1988 when I went thre for a month long visit as a tourist.... Looks like things have evolved a lot since.
