For me its pretty different i can hear noise on my headphones but my mic doesnt work i have tried switching controllers and microphones and looked at all the settings but its no use nothing works .... so if somebody knows the solution to this please let me know

Not yet, I just call my friend.
I think it's because the headphones need to be verified by sony. If you have an iPhone one it might work but for me I have an iPhone 8 so my headphones don't have a headphone jack. But if u do try and tell me if it works cuz I might buy one.
