She's actually one of the most well designed character of a horror game I've seen. Her look perfectly represents the decade of decay that she has been a victim of mentally and literally as evey little detail confirms this.

I don't think that's it, I'm almost certain catnap isn't ACTUALLY evil, NOR does he worship the prototype, you see in poppy playtime chapter 3 we see multiple people who call the prototype CatNaps God, all of which couldn't know better, Dog day says this, which makes perfect sense, Ollie does, (no clue how he knows lmao) and I believe poppy aswell, but she's been locked in a case for years, When we meet dogday his eyes are blank, however after being possessed and killed, his eyes gain the white ring pupils, catnap also has these, aswell as the small smiling critters plushies, I believe the prototype is using some form of mind control abilities to take over CatNaps mind, and make him BELIEVE That the prototype is his God, but CatNap himself wouldn't actually believe this if it weren't for the prototype making him do so, DogDay also mentioned that him and the other smiling critters tried to "fight the prototypes control", Implying the prototype tried to TAKE control of them, I believe the only reason he succeeded with CATNAP Is because he SAVED catnap, and used that as leverage over his weakened mind
He had so many chances to kill us like where he found us and trying to collect the battery and he show up jumpscare us making us fall in the floor and make us sleep but he didn't until we didn't listen to him for not leaving play care
I presume Catnap locked Miss Delight and the other teachers in the School shortly after the hour of Joy in 1995 so he didn't have to deal with them and could make playcare his own. Our character returns to the factory 10 years later in 2005

Despite catnap being scary, he's one of the antagonist to show mercy. First, he didn't killed the player at the start, he just placed him somewhere else, second was this one giving children consideration, third was when he said to the player to leave or else he attacks.
Catnap didnt do that for the children, Miss Delight wasn't insane enough to harm them *until* after she had been through all the starving and having to harm others to survive. She writes in her notes that Catnap seemed oddly glad that she was the only one left from her sisters, as if his plan from the beginning was to make them all fight each other
My theory: Elliot Ludwig wasn’t evil but when he lost his daughter he became evil out of depression, he then was controlled by the prototype to k!ll the kids and stuff them in the toys, the orphanage was like a lab where they tested on the kids.
I heard from a bunch of RUclipsrs that miss Delight and her sisters, if they weren’t locked up, they would have easily defeated the prototype. But the prototype(who was weak at the time) hoped that they would kill each other, so that they wouldn’t join together But it’s just a theory🤷♀️
If catnap wasn’t so delusional and realized what happened to the kids that he takes he would kill every scientist I mean I think he’s faster no stronger than every other villain
With miss delight catnap locked all the teachers inside the school and miss delight made a weapon out of school supplies named “Barb” and she used it to kill all the other teachers and consume them
Its probably when the prototype was gone catnap would be nice an locked miss delight because she will kill all of the kids just like huggy wuggy did in front of the employee's but when the prototype came catnap was probably thinking that he was a god so he treats him like a god and kills all the smiling critters for the prototype (just a theory)
And this supports my argument if it pleases the court the only reason catnap attacks you is that he thinks you're a threat to the children because he still thinks the children are there

Hold up. I thought in the VHS displaying the gruesome events of The Hour Of Joy(THOJ), Catnap had killed a kid who was crouched down, probably crying by throwing them agasint the stairs. Why would he be so concerned about Ms.Delight killing the kids when he possibly had killed some kids to begin with?
That just reminded me…I probably just missed a tape or something but…what happened to the remaining children that weren’t experimented on? Did the toys eat them after they ran out of body’s??
