I saw the thumbnail and went “Why does that look familiar…” then remembered that I actually drew something very similar for a science assignment! I had to make up a carnivorous plant and I guess I was loving victorian/vampire aesthetic that day, bc I created what I decided to name ‘The Vampire Rose’. It has the appearance of a white rose with a petal spire that comes up out of the middle that looks like a fang, it makes thick crimson nectar that resembles blood, which it uses to catch insects, and once it catches one, it closes up its petals and secrets an acid, similar to that of the venus flytrap. I thought it was pretty cool, and that’s probably one of the only assignments I’ll actually have enjoyed this year bc I’m an artist 😂
