I inherited the best 3 egg poacher from my grandmother. I ❤️ it and use it all the time. It’s a little pewter like pot (possibly nickel or smthg) that’s light-weight with a lid. There is a tray on top with 3 circles to put your eggs in. I put my eggs in it and season with salt/pepper and add a dash of cream. You boil water and poached eggs are ready in like 4 minutes.
You don't "need some fish" or for that matter you don't need any animal protein. These are some of the plant foods that contain all 9 essential amino acids and are in fact complete protein sources - rice and beans, pita and hummus, peanut butter sandwich, quinoa, tofu, tempeh, edamame, Ezekiel bread, buckwheat, hemp and chia seeds, and nutritional yeast.
Sweet potato is sooooooo NOT keto! I also keep my first two meals extremely low carb, and add in nonprocessed carbs like potatoes, sweet potatoes, beans, for my last meal.
Rhoda, plz don’t give cooked bones to dogs. It’s very unsafe and can puncture the stomach lining, requiring expensive surgery, or death🥲… I love your videos and recipes, and watch every day

Where is a safe location?
Greenhouse gases in the atmosphere that trap heat and are caused by humans are a much bigger problem than any influence the sun has on climate change.
