Now I switched to wearing one hairstick and I can keep a loose bun for 6 hours, and tying it takes 3 seconds. Literal life changer
Hair clips will be your best friend. If I try to tie my hair back the ponytail holder basically just slides right out. So I use clips and they work really well.

Guys its just that they wash it well, like really well, clean hair is always silky and healthy and WILL NOT knot just like his hair! If you want clean hair that is healthy and retains long length you gotta put in the money time and effort to make it that way ❤
clean hair is not always anything, there are different hair types. people native to Asia often have coarse hair, or thick hair strands, which will do this. having less damaged hair helps, but healthy hair that's less coarse can be tied.
The thing is I'm asian but mine is curly and not smooth at all but it still bounced back when i tried doing this lmao.
