You are ABSOLUTELY not alone in the food noise and food guilt! It's SUCH a struggle. I also spiral out if I eat something "bad" or binge and it makes the situation so much worse for me. ❤ your videos and I'm happy to find someone who I can relate to!
Happy that you’re here!🫶🏼 I agree it definitely makes things 10x worse for yourself! I’m trying to sit down and talk myself through it when I have those moments. I felt soooo good about myself the next morning when I woke up and knew that I didn’t keep eating even though my brain was saying “might as well, you already screwed up the whole day👹”
I've been struggling with my weight for many YEARS and I can totally relate to breaking through the toxic mentality that comes from weight loss. You're able to recognize it and you know that your thoughts aren't reality which is a great place to be in. Took me years to recognize those feelings and learn to push them to the side. The more you fight against them and not give in, the better you'll feel in the long run. After doing it so many times, you'll start to break free from those thoughts. Wishing you the best of luck on this journey and I'll be here watching and rooting for you along the way🥰
your meals look so good! that shrimp pasta and the sausage kale soup omg YUM! I can relate so much to beating myself up! it’s so hard not too especially when you want something so bad! 😭
New subscriber. I love this series and I love how open and honest you are being. I have dealt with food guilt for many years and I have always had a hard time putting it into words. This was a great video and I am rooting for you and your journey.
Thank you for subscribing!!💕 I can totally relate! It’s been something I’ve felt for a long time and I’m happy to finally be in a (slightly better) place where I’m starting to address it and work on it
The exhaustion on these meds is real! I feel like I have no energy ever, and it takes forever to force myself to move. Hoping to find ways to get past it so I can do actual workouts
I totally felt that! I just wrapped up week 3 and that was the first week that I didn’t feel exhausted and introduced weight training back into my routine. Hope your exhaustion wears off soon!
Love that!! I haven’t really had any crazy side effects luckily. One of my friends just did that switch because she wasn’t seeing progress on semaglutide but I know all bodies are different!
So if you're having a hard time with the mental aspect to stop yourself from eating, then it might be a good idea to speak to a therapist about it. There may be a deep reason why you can't stop. They could help you change the relationship you have with your eating habit.
I used to go to therapy but haven’t been in quite some time! I’ve debated going back but have been trying to see if I can work through some of my issues myself 😅
I couldn't afford therapy and I learned to deal with my thoughts honestly by watching a lot of RUclips videos and doing research. I was able to find some tools to use to help me understand my issues better and I slowly was able to break through my toxic mentality around weight loss and food.
@@keishapettwayI completely understand! I do the same thing. I actually have done a lot of my own research into my mental health. Ended up finding 3 amazing therapists on RUclips for my specific issues that are free to watch. Plus they do have courses you can buy where you do a worksheet to each video. I'm sure there are RUclips food therapist videos that could help you. Plus food programs you could try like Noom.

I've seen some other videos that say doing the shot in your leg makes you less nauseous
Are you drinking any bottled waters
I have my water bottle that I take everywhere with me!
Tirzeptide has worked for me vs semaglutide less side effects too 😉
