    As an underweight woman, I've been trying to find a thorough answer to this question for months. Was frustrated that most research focusses on overweight and ignores low BMI patients. Thank you for providing clear answers! 🙏

    Did the study measure activity levels within each group? I believe normal bmi women would be more active and then higher bmi would probably be less active and conversely low bmi women could be missing macronutrients for activity level?
    My question is, is it the lifestyle or the weight? Are active overweight women still as successful?
