OMG THANK YOU!!!! I have the cherry blossom version of this controller and it REFUSED to connect to my steam deck until I tried your pair+X tip and that FINALLY worked!!
Thanks for this review and congratulations on your marriage! In all seriousness, I've been really enjoying your uploads recently, well done. As for future reviews, it's a small thing but one thing I'm curious about with multiplatform controllers is if they can remember their pairing, in other words do you need to re-pair the device when switching from a pc to a switch for example. I've found that some controllers are great for this while others aren't. Anyway, thanks once again for this lovely and detailed review!
This is a good review. Thanks! I'm disabled (right side mostly paralyzed) and some of the features of this controller would make it accessible. Someone really needs to make a controller like this but Tomb Raider themed. Just for you.
I love this controller. I have the same one at home and it's literally perfect, besides the triggers of course, but besides that, it's fantastic. Also, you mentioned everything about the controller perfectly. Not everyone on youtube mentions specific details like you do, and I appreciate it
Your videos are the perfect amount of chill to help me fall asleep without being boring, and since you were such a fan of ace magician’s amr5, how about you review their g1 amd Ryzen 7 5800h. It’s one hell of a device and I think you’d like it
You were very thorough, I can't imagine a thing you missed outside of how long it takes to charge, but that's very minor information to worry about considering all of its other features you showed off.
I've been considering an 8-bit Do controller to replace my over 2 year old Afterglow controller I use for my PC/Retro gaming (That has outlived every official PS4 controller I've ever owned), but after this I'm adding the "Bootleg Gundam" version of this pad instead, almost 20$ cheaper than the prov2 I was looking at!
LOVE my Sn30 pro (in SNES color scheme). Paired seemlessly to my PC and is amazing for retro gaming. Works great with modern games as well requiring the dual analog sticks. Build quality is as good as an om controller to me.
@@TechDweeb Ive been using this controller around 4 months, but recently I notice a problem of right stick that move slowly stuck to rightside. I wonder if I can replace potentiometer of original joysticks, but wonder which one beetween Ps4 or Xbox one controller potentiometer
The weeb versions are not for me. But the sparkly gold and sparkly pink varieties are another story! I'm curious how they perform compared to other controllers like 8bitdo pro and nintendo pro. The price is right!
I was judging you hard for liking circular D-pads before I even noticed there was some anime girl on there. Love the customized per episode set design, by the way.
Yeah I know I'm a freak. I like all sorts of dpads really, I'm not super picky, but I don't understand the hate for circular dpads. They usually feel fine to me 🤷♂️
@@TechDweeb I'm traumatized by bad experiences with 8-bit games where I want to just run straight forward and instead I duck every 5 seconds. But I think a controller is such a personal thing, dependent on the particulars of one's hands, I was only joking about judging you. Ya freak
The controller design is so amazing. Cons probably in my experience the sticks smoothness are not perfect as original controller and while playing wired the controller's charge signal cannot stop glowing
Just looking at the thing, my only complaint is the d-pad being a disc. I hate that stuff. Give me a proper, clicky d-pad like the original Nintendo phat DS had or the neat d-pads 8bitdo controllers have.
Hey dude could you do a review of the game console r35s it seems promising but not talked about, its the same price of rg35xx too but it looks to run certain psp games good
Recently I was having stick issue, the both sticks feels great but the right one doesnt respond well some times i rotate camera angle to rightside, its not about ghost drift. I think I should replace stick piece but I doubt if it should be same as Nintendo pro controller´s potentiometer
I'm happy for you that you have found a partner in life and moving out of your mom's basement. P.S I don't get the RGB light around the analog sticks since the controller is best unseen the begin with or am I missing something? I can understand a lite keyboard but a controller or mouse?
I guess having glowing sticks on a controller just makes it feel 'fun'. It makes me want to pick it up and look at it, and I think there's a subconscious thing where games feel fun on a controller that looks fun, even though looks don't affect the performance at all.
I love my Powkitty x55 so much, I sleep with it every night. I won't marry it as I don't like commitment and would prefer less complicated relationships. I had a one night stand with a v90 once, taught me a few tricks 😜♥
You pronounce waifu correctly. However Can you pronounce "doge" properly? Protip: Don't be a casual normie and mispronounce it/confuse it with the German word doge. "doge", like "waifu", is supposed to be a weeb's way of saying a Japanese word in English. Like "sage" and "age" (not the English words sage and age... the Japanese words, "sah-ghey" and "ah-ghey"), "doge" is meant to be pronounced like a Japanese person saying "doggy" (doe-ghey). BUT THE ENTIRE WORLD MISPRONOUNCES IT AS "dohj" AND IT'S INFURIATING.
Ahh, the Dweeb is a man of culture I see. Lol.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll definitely mention this in future controller reviews.

That's fair.

There was a Tomb Raider themed Xbox 360 controller back when the Tomb Raider reboot was released, but it didn't have any Lara waifus on it :.(
The one-liners you slip in over the course of your narration are a delight.

I'm tempted to get the glittery pink version for my daughter. Dug the review, and as a fan of controllers, I'd love to see more.
Where did you get a picture of my wife to put on your controller? Keep up the great work Dweeb.
Isn't this where people say "We all have pictures of your wife!!!"?

I love how the ABXY buttons are lit up! The font is like high tech fluorescent tube lights. 😅
Laura knows, Laura knows all.
@3:41 I've been rubbing on it for various reasons 😂.... Uh huh sure tech dweeb
This was the hardest I've ever laughed at a video intro. 🤣
ahhh good old Anime times. Sailormoon and Venus 5
Lara would fight those Tentakles with her Guns
That intro man 😂😂😂. Lets go Tech Weeb!!!
Even though I always Like your content, I auto-Liked the video twenty seconds in just for the, "Ting....tingting...YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
40 seconds in I thought we took a decidedly on theme but unexpected turn
We almost did 😅
But does it come with a matching dakimakura?
You're the best, Tech (D)weeb!
He double hockey sticks my mang.. control review away
Also light guns too bud.. really love me some arcade shooters as well.

Id actually buy this, in any other colour at all
spirit away and ghost in the shell great shit man... i am a weeb i can admit it
What woule be your other suggestion for a backlit controller?
Yeah, I often have to stop myself from buying yet another controller. That Starfield one is sure nice though... 😬
Funny I was going to ask you if you like studio gibly. I got the complete set from the library been watching it during the move
Princess Mononoke is my close second. That was my favourite movie all through collage, I watched it almost every day for like 2 years!
@@TechDweeb I like ki kis delivery service, and hals moving castle. And oc spirited away
I thought the Switch did not use analog triggers, so it makes sense that this Switch focused controller does not have analog triggers. Great review!
The switch itself did not have an analogue triggers, but many switch games support 3rd party controllers with analogue triggers.
@@TechDweeb I'm pretty sure racing games like V-Rally 4 & WRC(by nacon) probably support them.

This looks very similar to Rexus GX400 but that thing is completely transparent. Maybe it's a rebrand

The gf would not approve of the WAIFU Mytrix Pouro Pro
So can you also set the macro on pc? Or only on the controller?
Only with the controller.
I scored a free awsome gaming pc in the trash :) cant belive it thrown out maybe a office did it
