Congratulations, HTWK, on defeating your biggest rival! Very well deserved! BTW, thank you for all your videos enabling us to see the progress of SPL robots. You're the best!
Next tournament is actually the German Open (which will have us and B-Human among others) which is held beginning of May (robocupgermanopen.de/). The next world championship is in the beginning of July. (2019.robocup.org/) We'll try to upload videos as soon as possible. :)
We (the blue team) are currently tracking 3 things: one eye is tracking whether we're discharging (blue) or charging (green) the battery, so in a game that should be blue and for the replacement robots on the side-line it should be green. The other eye is tracking whether it saw the ball in one half and whether it saw the penalty spot (the X) in the other half.
The hardware (motors, gears, processor, cameras, etc) is the same for both teams. The difference is in the software, e.g. the way they move, how they detect the ball, team strategy.
11:50 was amazing too lol - From a shitless slave region of humanism being suffered under hoon-tribe-originated-parasitism and kiki'she' collectivism which is known as the name 'Korea', whose dwellers always steals and begs from Japan's original history which clearly inherited sincere humanity in Ancient Cudara more than its 'original' dwellers in hometown.

@@solvinghealth Why would you think that? In the SPL (Standard Platform League) everyone has the same robots. So if they bring their bots, every team would use them in this league at least.
If they are Remote Controlled Robots, it is cheating from the Humans. Nao is an autonomous programmable humanoid robot. It has artificial intelligence, may talk to humans and move all by themselves

16:30 for the climax of the game.
What a game!!! Big improvement! I'm a fan of that blue goalkeeper!!! How beautiful! Those crucial saves saved the match! Love this.
Soon these will take us over!
I didn't know Robosapien could play football ;)
This was so much fun to watch! And really good action!! Was really impressed with blue team
Nice game !!! Congrats
11:50 was the best and most dynamic action :D
Playback speed by 2x to make it more realistic.
This is the best comment ever!!! Thanks for the recommendation.... 🙈🙈😂😂😂😂
Amazing they can get up
This shit is supposed to beat France by 2050?
This is so much fun to watch. July 2nd is next tournament, right? Definitely watching.

I've got a question. What do you track by changing the light color of the robots' eyes?
We (the blue team) are currently tracking 3 things: one eye is tracking whether we're discharging (blue) or charging (green) the battery, so in a game that should be blue and for the replacement robots on the side-line it should be green. The other eye is tracking whether it saw the ball in one half and whether it saw the penalty spot (the X) in the other half.
Is there a difference between the blue and black robots?
The hardware (motors, gears, processor, cameras, etc) is the same for both teams. The difference is in the software, e.g. the way they move, how they detect the ball, team strategy.
what's the difference between the teams?
I feel like blue team has a better algorithm or something of the sort, they move differently...
Axel DAVAL they have same hardware different algorithm for autonomous action
7:09 great skill XD
11:50 was amazing too lol

Impressive. If you could program them to make them kick the freaking ball, that would be awesome to watch.
Giancarlo Pace I think they would fall over if they had to be on 1 leg
Boston Dynamics please enter the competition.
They could use some better balance for more endurance and efficient walking, but I do like how fast they can get up!
Yup
How Many players (robots) are?
We play 5 vs. 5 Robots
Who build the robots
The robots are called Nao and produced by Softbank Robotics. www.softbankrobotics.com/emea/en
Robot: Does anything
Crowd: OOH! *applause*

No he did it 1:02
Where is boston dynamics robots team???
Yeah, I had the same thought. Boston dynamics would win with ease.
@@solvinghealth Why would you think that? In the SPL (Standard Platform League) everyone has the same robots. So if they bring their bots, every team would use them in this league at least.
Is it remote controlled robots ?
No, they're completely autonomous and have to see and decide by themselves.
If they are Remote Controlled Robots, it is cheating from the Humans.
Nao is an autonomous programmable humanoid robot.
It has artificial intelligence, may talk to humans and move all by themselves
ooooooooOOOOOOOOOoooooOOOOOOooo
Gravity 17 - Robot 0
Die Ersatzbank bei 2:50 sieht übrigens gruselig aus.
OOOOHH!!!1!!
0:42 It's not fair, the blue team playing with Neymar
That was actually a broken gear in the hip joint. You can see that he has trouble getting up afterwards. ;)
Year 2050:
Kids would laugh on this primitive soccer match when Robots would have become mainstream. 😂😂
21/06/18
Why are they so bad? It's 2018 you've had lots of time
Even the players on robot soccer flop all the time smh
0:24 Aw, he's no fun, he fell right over.
Das war doch eindeutig eine Schwalbe @2:04 !
VIDEOREFEREE!!!! Das muss der doch sehen?!
They've already programmed in flopping! Just like real soccer :)
Meh, I prefer the ones where the robots are all different crazy shit motherfuckers have thrown together.
Se caen solos como Gago
funny
these are just drunken pensioners trying to play soccer :-)
Human players are much faster than these guys.
One could think soccer is a game for humans and not for humanoid robots.
